Actually I'm curious what's your opinion on this lucas, what kind of edema do you experience after each session? How much of it do you find acceptable? I'm pretty sure lymphocele is to be avoided, what about thicker skin? Do you manage to keep it minimal or do you merely ignore it as long as there is no donut?

Hey Lucas I get edema only sometimes and usually go away in a few hours. Are there any risk issues that edema can cause?

Hey Kong15,

That is a great question. Edema is a sign of injury, I would take it as a learning experience with each pump session that edema occurs, if you see it you should ask yourself - What did I do different this session? When did I start to notice the edema. You goal should be to get minimal to no edema over the course of pumping to see the best results.

As long as it goes away within a few hours and this isn't an every pump session occurrence you should be okay. If it becomes severe I would take time off and find out what you're doing wrong.

If you want to read more on it namsokiek started a great thread almost 2 years ago. Understanding Pumping

Thanks,

Lucas

Hey Popol5169,

I experience minimal to no edema now. Even in the beginning I didn't experience much, mostly just Petechiae on a few occasions. I have always taken the route of being overly cautious, after doing a great amount of research in the beginning days - I felt that to maximize my gains and to be able to achieve my goals any form of injury would seriously slow me down. Again, I would say I was overly cautious.

With that being said, when talking with the guys here and talking to other users I find minimal amounts really can be acceptable - It is a good way to push the limits and find out how hard you pushed yourself. As long as it is not occurring on an every pump session and goes away with in the day, you should be alright.

I currently do long, low pressure sessions now so experiencing edema is a rare occurrence.

Hi Lucas. I followed your beginner routine schedule and got to 20 mins over a few weeks, as of today I'm doing 4x5 mins. Just wondering if there's any benefit to increasing the time and reducing the sets from here, say working towards 2x10mins, or is it good to get fresh blood in?

Thanks.

Hey Lucas- as a rep you must really be into the product and I didn't realize until one of your last posts that you are a user of Bathmate as well. If you don't mind what have been your personal gains and how long have you been using Bathmate?

for experienced pumpers + clampers . been at it for a month with bathmate. my new routine . warm up in bath 10 minutes 2 x 10 minute sets in x40 . light jelqing between sets. then after bathmate 2 x 10 minute sets clamping also with jelqing 5 minutes between sets . warm down with jelq and light stretches . every day. can feel fatigue in ligs ok sound allright , should I do morning and night and should I have rest days , say 3 on , 1 off . really want some success here for girth as hanging was very rewarding for length . am I overdoing it . I have an air pump as well . :D considering adding that to routine . any thoughts , cheers . 7.75 x 5.2 now . goal 8 x 5.5 or a touch more girth.

Lucas, I have been using Bathmate for over eight months and have had an increase in EQ as well as gains in girth. I plan to continue. However, lately I have been noticing rings around the base of my penis which correspond with the bellows. These rings are present after my first 10 minute session and are more pronounced after the second ten minutes in the tube. Is this any thing to be concerned about? I typically pump gradually to 170 with spikes of 180, held for one minute and then back down. I pump once a day five days a week and seldom get edema which lasts more than a few minutes.

Hello Elejohnson,

This is a great question that gets brought up quiet often. Some people have experienced better gains with allowing the constant pressure to be held with 2X10, others have found their penis does better with 4X5 while constantly allowing for fresh blood and being able to possibly reestablish erection.

I have always found the best success with the consistent pressure of 2X10. When I release the pressure, I will do either some jelqs or a quick squeeze session and then go for another 10 minutes.

Thanks

Hey Kong15,

Thank you for noticing, Yes I have been using the Bathmate for quiet sometime now. I have cycled through multiple routines of using the Bathmate over the course of a few years and have seen gains of over an inch in both length and girth.

Using the Bathmate has always worked so well for me because it is now part of my normal daily shower routine. Which is why it has always been so easy to use.

Hey Lethal100,

I am glad that you started your statement off with experienced pumps + clampers. This would be a routine that would be very advanced.

The first couple of questions I would have
- How long have you been PEing, how long have you been pumping, how long have you been clamping?
- What was your routine before you tried this one
- How long is your fatigue lasting? Other than soreness in the ligaments, do you notice soreness anywhere else?
- Have you ever done a routine that includes workouts in the day and night?

You have a great routine to add to your girth so if that is your main priority, I think with time and SAFETY that can happen.

Hey daddy man,

You've come to the right place, how long have the rings been present? During the course of that time did you increase the intensity of your pumping sessions - either more pressure or more days?

I would assume you need to take a little break (possibly a week) allow your penis to fully recover and then come back with a slightly lighter pressure to see how your penis reacts.

Lucas , The rings started about two weeks ago. I actually have been using the same amount of time in a session and less pressure recently . I think I will take some time off and see what happens. Am I correct in assuming that these rings which look like contact with bellows are an unusual symptom? I dont think I have read of another member reporting them.

Hello Daddy Man,

When you say they look like contact with bellows? Can you give alittle more depth on exactly how you state they look?

Have you recently changed your positioning of the pump? Possibly lower on your pelivic area or higher, which would cause your penis to be in constant contact with the pump?

Lucas, I am fairly certain these rings are caused by contact from the bellows. I tried a low pressure pump session with a re-positioning to limit contact and the rings did not appear. I plan to continue with low pressure and monitor my condition. I will report my results.

Hi There,

I'm using the Bathmate Hercules and I have a few questions:

Should I go erect in? And try to keep it as hard as possible while in?

When I'm pumping and it starts to get bigger, sometimes I get painfull testicles, I then have to put the bathmate off and start over. Do you have any tips?

My Routine looks as following:

Warm up,

5 Minutes pumping to max and holding.
5 minutes jelq & v jelq
5 Minutes pumping to max and holding.
5 minutes jelq & v jelq
5 Minutes pumping to max and holding.
5 minutes jelq & v jelq

This is what I do.

I'd love to get some tips,

I'm an complete newbie to this, but I'd love to get a harder erection/ longer penis.

Hey, so I'm fairly new to PE, and I want to buy a Hydromax pump.

I'm looking to buy the Hydromax extreme x40, and therefore not having to invest more money into bigger pumps in the near future. I know I probably wont be maxing out the x30 anytime soon...

So basically I just want to hear if/or why it's a bad idea to start out with a bigger pump; just to save some money in the future. Length=6.6 Girth=5.2 (Fully erect)

Sorry for my bad English, and thank you in advance!

Thank you, I will also consult with our team to see if we can come up with any other ideas of what it could possibly be.

Hey Bangbros,

You can use the Bathmate erect or flaccid, many users see the best results from being erect. When pumping, I generally try to reestablish an erection every time I release the pressure.

When pumping, you could possibly having part of your scrotum sucked into the base of the pump. I would recommend doing as you have, release pressure and reposition your pump. I would also just make sure that when you first begin to pump that your testicles are clear.

Not knowing your previous experience with PE and how well your penis is conditioned, I would say this is a bit of an advanced routine. If you are experienced then I think this is a great routine and as long as you continue to see positive signs opposed to negative then I would continue with this routine. Just always be paying attention to your body and fatigue, if you begin to see negative PI's back off and slowly build your routine back up.

I'd love to help more if you have other questions.

Hey Topnotches,

This is a great question, my recommendation would be to get the Hydromax X30 Xtreme. For you to not be able to use this pump anymore you would need to gain over 3.3 inches in length or 1.5 inches in girth both of these are attainable but will take time, with consistent use and patience.

The X40 Xtreme is a big pump, you will be able to use it from the beginning but some users who have bought it without needing that size have reported problems with maintain suction or the device being generally just to big to fit on their pelvic area.

So I wouldn't say it is a bad idea to go either route.

Hi Topnotches and Lucas, I had pretty much identical measurements to you and went with the X40 Xtreme as didnt want to risk outgrowing an X30, hey you never know! No regrets and no problems at all.
