for experienced pumpers + clampers . been at it for a month with bathmate. my new routine . warm up in bath 10 minutes 2 x 10 minute sets in x40 . light jelqing between sets. then after bathmate 2 x 10 minute sets clamping also with jelqing 5 minutes between sets . warm down with jelq and light stretches . every day. can feel fatigue in ligs ok sound allright , should I do morning and night and should I have rest days , say 3 on , 1 off . really want some success here for girth as hanging was very rewarding for length . am I overdoing it . I have an air pump as well .

considering adding that to routine . any thoughts , cheers . 7.75 x 5.2 now . goal 8 x 5.5 or a touch more girth.
