I'm sure pumping would help you even out the girth quite quickly. I agree with you, I will worry about shape later, once my schlong is already fat and furious.

*Note - clamped erect state (CES) - went up to 5 5/16" yesterday, an improvement of 1/16 from previous measurements a week or two ago.

That CES terminology do you mean MEG after clamping or while you have your clamp on?

I think after your 3 month cycle you could see has your BPEL increased due to improved EQ.

I remember when I tested clamping like 4-5 months a go I was hitting 5.8-5.9 after my clamping set at girth of 5.5

Yup, MEG while clamped. Yeh, I think so, my dick looks longer when it is clamped, but that could just be sense-perceptions playing tricks on me because of my improved EQ and the increased vein-iness of my dick. So far, so good though!

Ok got you I thought of it more like the expansion you get after taking your clamp off. I've never measured my MEG while clamped only have after taking the clamp off.

Measuring it while clamped might be smarter since after taking your clamp off your penis often tends to get more flaccid.

It is a nice indicator of how much I can expand to and how much potential gains are lurking around the corner for me... hopefully :D Will do a CEG measurement once every 2 or 3 months to see if it is changing. I am loving clamping again and regret quitting it before to concentrate on length. Reckon I would have made some nice girth gains with it.

What is there not to love about clamping you see your penis in the much girthier state while performing clamping with while seeing how veiny it gets.

Improved EQ that comes with clamping only thing is not to overdo it since you can get discoloration and all that not good stuff.

Hopefully you will get those comments from your girlfriend that it feels thicker while you continue your chase for girth and your clamping journey.:eek:

Got it when it visually appears girthier or in your case when your girlfriend starts to notice the girth.

I would go based on increases in CEG myself but I guess your approach works too.:biggrin1:

Tuesday's Routine:

10 minutes clamping with double-handed squeezes

35 minutes clamping with double-handed squeezes

1 hour hanging BTC at 10.5 lbs (total - 283 hours)

Are you taking pumping off or doing it on certain days?

A lot of clamping done today hopefully your not overdoing it too early in your girth chase.:D

I just wasn't really in the mood for pumping the past two days, wanted to really focus on my clamping. Pumping always affects my EQ too, so didn't want to jeopardise the quality of my clamping sessions. I will include pumping when/if I can. I have never been able to stick to a specific routine every week because there will be days and weeks I don't feel like doing something [the moody rhino in me :D]

In relation to clamping - no, you don't have to worry yourself about me, I know what I am doing ;) The 35 minute clamping session this morning was awesome. It was a great workout and my EQ was awesome the whole way through. That is another reason I cut out the pumping today, I didn't want to overdo it. I will cut back on the pumping a little when I hit the clamping hard. But forget that 10-minute clamping rule. As I told you a million times before, it doesn't apply. It is just a good safety starting-off time to aim towards. My dick is as conditioned as an old boot, and I never ever see any of the "warning" signs when clamping. Just all positive.

Are you taking pumping off or doing it on certain days?

A lot of clamping done today hopefully your not overdoing it too early in your girth chase.:D

Got it not worrying but just hopefully you will have room to add intensity with clamping. I mean when I will start clamping with the whole 10 minute rule it will be just the start and I will build up from it which is logical.

Will it be adding more 10 minute sets or increasing eventually time for each set. Adding exercises there are many options of adding intensity.

Also thing to keep in mind is to let clamping work in a sense of not adding more and more intensity since many times you can gain girth by less.

I'm pretty much always in the mood for PE and if I'm not I just get it done.

I mean by this that sometimes less is more. Let's say if your clamping 3x10 minutes if your getting good PI's and your EQ gets better it does not mean your in need to add time or sets since your current amount is working well.

It's all about repetition in my opinnion getting that expansion and repeating it session after session over time that will bring some girth gains.

Sticking to certain amount of sets or time with clamping and giving it some time to work prior to adding more intensity.

I agree 100% that if something is working, you're seeing good PIs and feeling or measure bigger, then keep at it.

Nonetheless, my sessions (and lots of guys from what I've observed) are a little bit different each time. I don't mind throwing in some squeezes or a bathmate here and there... no harm in that :D

Anyway KITM seems to be going really steady with this routine, very good dedication.
