Hi guys!
I began with the exercises of the beginners guide this week. I have been searching the internet for ways to enlarge my penis for a long time, since i am not happy at all with my actual penis size. I discovered jelquings and penis extensors like two years ago, but the sites i found made me belief there was always a relative high risk of injury involved. The only sites that looked promising werent free, and i wasnt ready to spend my money in something which im not sure that works. This week i got lucky and in another hopeful google search i found this holy site, which is the first one to convince me that this actually might be possible.
So thanks and congratulations for the nice website. My head is full of emotions right now, im pretty excited, but cant help to be a bit sceptical though, till i measure my first gains. I will post here a couple of questions, i hope this is the right thread:
First, i have always used slim tight underwear, the one that presses the penis up against the pelvic floor and i ask myself if that has something to do with my penis not growing as expected during my puberty, since with normal boxers the weight of the glans might cause an effect similar to the one caused by the "hanging exercise", with a lesser impact in growth i guess. What do you think? More importantly, since i cant do anything about my past puberty now, do u think i should switch now to normal boxers, while i keep my routines??
Second, i would like to know if sensing that my glutes are involved while KEGELing is normal?
Well for the end of the year my goal is going average: adquiring 1 inch erect length (hope its possible) and larger flaccid dimensions. Rest is in my signature, but i think ill let the glans exercises for next year since they look pretty intense.
