The Advanced "Jelq Free" Routine

does this routine help with EQ also? if that was a focus would i add more kegels during the edging part?

I did one year bathmate plus sometimes jelq. I started this routine 3 weeks ago, and always finished 20 min bathmate. Now i do 50 rep sqeez and 800-1000 sbys stretches. My erections are as hard as an iron stick, but not often lik before. On the rest days, my dick a little tired. One day on, one day off. I think this works. 4 weeks later, measuring...:p

The stamina portion that should be included with the routine would help with EQ improvement. Typically, one would include kegels and Stop and Starts (edging) after the Squeezes and Side to Sides.

You have increased to the maximum reps recommended after just three weeks. What rep counts did you start with?

I think 3-400, but its not strenuous for me, just my hands. :D

I've been thinking about trying this, but I thought it was generally accepted that a person should go for length before girth?

I'm a hard length-gainer and feel that doing the girth work would make it even more difficult to gain length.

I'm a hard length-gainer and feel that doing the girth work would make it even more difficult to gain length.

The exercises in this routine (especially when used in conjunction with stamina work) operate in a "gestalt" fashion in that they function greater than the mere sum of their parts.

If you'd like to isolate length to accelerate gains in that area, you might consider a "length only" version of this routine where you drop the squeeze and increase the training frequency to 4 times a week. This is a tentative recommendation since I'm not familiar with the details of your training history.

Hey big al, since losing erection while doing squeezes is an issue for me, can i keep my hand clamped at the base all the time so that no blood escapes below and only griping and re-griping under the Glans?

I've already tried this and i get better expantion, swelling and darker color.

If i leave both grips i don't get the same effect and theres not much blood to Trap.

You can keep some tension in your base grip, and you can also kegel to drive more blood into your penis if you need to. You can refresh your erection if you need to as well. You'll need to maintain a minimum erection of 70% for the Squeeze to be effective.

^^ what about 90%+ EQ?

That (as well as the Advanced Squeeze) is better left once you've mastered the basic squeeze at 70-80% erect. A very advanced trainee can even experiment with the riskier 100% erect squeezes.

All right, Al! I'm back from my rest week, which hasn't been too focused on actual rest. I'm having a hard time kicking the porn habit, and to think I've successfully quit smoking several times before! Boy is this harder!

So, keeping in mind I've masturbated to porn both during and before my rest week, should I stick to the program? Should I resume the same routine starting at the average rep count? Thanks!

If your porn addiction is severe enough to be interfering with your training, you might want to do your best to get that under control first.

I fell that jelqs are a good exercise & that four days a week is how I should be training, I fell that cause im only doing 2 jelq free days that I wouldn't be over training & have less need for the extra day off for recovery & growth. Iv been doing this for 3 weeks now & on to the forth now & iv gone from 6:75bp to near to 7:25bp not a full half inch yet but I think is real good progress in just 3 weeks.

The squeezes are working nicely. My penis is getting fatter and my flaccid is also bigger. My EL is staying the same though (or even getting a bit smaller). What would be better stretch than STS? I was thinking starting with the Tension stretch or low-erection jelqs.

That depends- if you feel that the squeeze is a better exercise then why would you continue to do jelqs? I wouldn't recommend doing more than 4 days a week of training while on the Jelq Free routine, and you'd likely be better off training only 3 days a week.

The Tension Stretch would be the next step up in intensity from the Side to Sides.
