does this routine help with EQ also? if that was a focus would i add more kegels during the edging part?
I did one year bathmate plus sometimes jelq. I started this routine 3 weeks ago, and always finished 20 min bathmate. Now i do 50 rep sqeez and 800-1000 sbys stretches. I've been thinking about trying this, but I thought it was generally accepted that a person should go for length before girth?

I've already tried this and i get better expantion, swelling and darker color.
If i leave both grips i don't get the same effect and theres not much blood to Trap.

All right, Al! I'm back from my rest week, which hasn't been too focused on actual rest. I'm having a hard time kicking the porn habit, and to think I've successfully quit smoking several times before! Boy is this harder!
So, keeping in mind I've masturbated to porn both during and before my rest week, should I stick to the program? Should I resume the same routine starting at the average rep count? Thanks!
To big al. just wondering if I could do this routine 2 days & a jelg routine 2getter? Like monday I do jelq free routine & Tuesday jelqs...Wednesday off... Thursday jelq free routine.. Friday jelq routine.. & week ends off?? I fell that jelqs are a good exercise & that four days a week is how I should be training, I fell that cause im only doing 2 jelq free days that I wouldn't be over training & have less need for the extra day off for recovery & growth. Iv been doing this for 3 weeks now & on to the forth now & iv gone from 6:75bp to near to 7:25bp not a full half inch yet but I think is real good progress in just 3 weeks.
The squeezes are working nicely. My penis is getting fatter and my flaccid is also bigger. My EL is staying the same though (or even getting a bit smaller). What would be better stretch than STS? I was thinking starting with the Tension stretch or low-erection jelqs.
