I started this routine two weeks ago

10 min warm up - heat pad

Jp90 stretches without kegels

25 wet jelqs follwed by 10 v jelqs I
repeat this 3 times

Edge for 20 min

I do this 2 on 1 off

I do 3x25 quick kegels + 3x25 reverse kegels throughout the day every other day

Just looking for some advice or suggestions. My goal for now is to gain 1" length 0.5" in girth. I quit porn about 3 weeks ago. EQ does not feel as strong as when I was watching porn but I read this will improve overtime.

Current stats 6.5x5

Your routine is good, listen to your penis and follow your PIs for a good guide, be patient, persistent and consistent and you shall see gains. :becky:

You should start a progress log. It's a great way to track your progress. Plus when you reach your goals, it always feels good to look back at your struggles and successes along the way. Good luck!:cool:

Thanks guys. One thing I wanted yo ask was when I do a reverse kegel with an erection I do not get any expansion like some say, however, when I do a regular kegel I do get expansion. Is this normal?

I second eaglepride03 recommendation for starting a log to track your progress, it will come in handy and help you with your planning as well as get input or brain storm ideas from members who may watch your progress. :D

Relax your pelvic floor and flex your lower abs, applying gentle pressure on your pelvic floor and stretching it out, like when you push urine out faster. :)

I was rushing them a little when I first started doing them, I just use a steady pace now with not much force, probably 5 - 10 seconds for each rotation is how long I take.

Alright thanks guys. Do you think I should add more jelq and v jelq reps every week? Or is this enough?

Follow your PIs, make sure you are in the positive PIs zone, that's when you gain. :)

Adding a few jelqs every week while monitoring your PIs is not a bad idea. :)

And your current routine is good for a beginner. :)
