Moving right along. Still pretty impressed with the veins, hoping that it is a good sign for my girth gains. I will conquer those girth obstacles, bet on it!

Hey brother, quick question on the Ulis: you're doing these during your jelq set? Like 3 minutes into your jelqs you toss in one 15-second Uli and then resume jelqing?

(I know my dingus isn't ready for Ulis just yet, but I'm gathering data for when I hit 90 days! :biggrin1: )

Yep IW, that's exactly what I'm doing. Got the idea from L4M's routine. I have never gained girth, so I thought it sounded like a good "shocker". It definitely is having an effect, but time will tell if it results in any gains for me.

And yes, for well conditioned units only. I have tried Ulis before, post workout, and they didn't feel as intense as during a jelqing session. I also only do them every other workout, also like L4M's routine.

Had a hard time getting into this one. Mind is a little preoccupied. Must remember to focus, concentrate, and visualize.

Better workout this time, but the colder temperature messed with me a bit. Might have to start re-heating after stretches, or utilize shower more often.

Good rest, and ready to get back to work. Used some good lotion this time for jelqing. I like it, good slide, and much easier clean-up. Not to mention the soft, smooth skin. The wife liked it, but she's just thinking dirty, lol. That woman, I tell ya.

Had a interesting talk with the wifey. She basically asked me to suspend my length advances, because it's borderline uncomfortable. As I have her best interest in mind, I must respect her request. Plus, if she becomes accustomed to the size, I can always pick it back up. The exercises will be there, and I won't put my selfish desires over her pleasure. So, going to focus on girth, with light maintenance stretching.


9/22/13

Good workout. Nice hang and plump afterwards, especially considering the absence of the heavy stretches. I will measure on my next rest days.

Good EQ after this one. Will probably need to look into a more advanced or extended girth routine, just to fill the gap (LMAO, pun not intended, but it was enjoyed). Might take a week off, and re-evaluate.

Rest Week

Yep, took a week off for a much needed rest break. It did some good. I must say, I am antsy to get back to it. Looked into a few exercises to add into my routine, but as they are in the advanced category, I will be incorporating them slowly and safely. Like I say, a working 7 is better than a broken 8 ;)!

Good EQ all week. No loss, but no gain either. Inconsistent MW, but that's not really surprising.

I will keep the maintenance stretching, and the jelqs. Especially since Remek announced the Jelq for Health in November. If you haven't seen it, check it out here "PEGym Announces November's "Jelq for Health". Good motivation, and for a great cause. Get involved if you can. Your doing jelqs already, why not?

Alright, time to get back to it. :biggrin1: Taking it easy for a minute. No need to rush back in, and sit out for an injury. So the times and exercises are the same, but slightly less intensity.

Felt great though! Good plump, veins, and EQ control. It's funny how you become "addicted" to PE, and the positive effects it has. :yahoo:

A decent workout. Not great, not bad. Slightly expected due to the lower intensity. Wife has been missing her "shows", so she's pretty happy. :rolleyes:

Good workout. Feeling the effects coming back slowly but surely. Hellooo morning steel :becky:. Decent hang, and strong EQ.

Removing warm up method, as it changes by necessity. Going forward, I will use heating pad when I can, rice sock when I can't.

Skipped stretches this time, just because of time issues. Still good results. Wife said I had the midnight flexing again :p. Something tells me she was more than just observing. ;)

First endeavor - clamping! Just did a quick five minutes to get a feel for timing. Will try tomorrow for 10, and then a regular exercise on the following day. Don't want to over-do it! :training1:

For safety sake, and to directly gauge the clamps effect, I only clamped. Taking it very slow and careful, because I have time, but not another peen. :biggrin1: It would be a shame to work so hard, and then break it off, eh? :rolleyes:

Good results, no discomfort. Deep redness, serious veins, and decent plump afterwards, but only for a short time. I think I'll stick with that time, but add it to my routine every other day.
