Rest Days
Last rest day, woke up with straight steel, lol. Well, good morning to you too, buddy. :becky:

10 mins warm up (rice sock/silicone ring)
10 mins stretch (60 sec/direction, circles, helis, bundled)
8 mins jelq (3 sec/jelq)
4 Ulis (15 sec/every 3 mins. jelqing)
Good rest, and ready to get back to work. Used some good lotion this time for jelqing. I like it, good slide, and much easier clean-up. Not to mention the soft, smooth skin. The wife liked it, but she's just thinking dirty, lol. That woman, I tell ya.

Had a interesting talk with the wifey. She basically asked me to suspend my length advances, because it's borderline uncomfortable. As I have her best interest in mind, I must respect her request. Plus, if she becomes accustomed to the size, I can always pick it back up. The exercises will be there, and I won't put my selfish desires over her pleasure. So, going to focus on girth, with light maintenance stretching.

Good workout. Nice hang and plump afterwards, especially considering the absence of the heavy stretches. I will measure on my next rest days.

Good EQ after this one. Will probably need to look into a more advanced or extended girth routine, just to fill the gap (LMAO, pun not intended, but it was enjoyed). Might take a week off, and re-evaluate.
