Didn't get any workouts today, only some minutes in the bathmate.

Bah, wrote a post that got deleted somehow.

DAY 494

Keeping it short instead. Added more stretches that are the same, only done again with opposite hand.

- 20 min jelq
- 1 min stretchesx2 in all directions followed by circle stretch clockwise and anticlockwise
- 3 ruler stretches
- 10 min x4 clamping

40 min clamping today because I really had the time to do it. Fucking love it.

Era I've been looking at your signature for no clue how long (Months!) and it's been 6.9". You hit plateau or what?

Haha, indeed, mate. I was stuck at 6.9". I then took 2 weeks off if I remember correctly, and started hanging. I hung for a bit over one month, with no gains. Then I went on vacation for 2 weeks where I injured myself, causing me to take around 2 weeks more off after the vacation.

So I have had my ups and downs, just like last summer. Almost same thing, vacation + injury.

But I have a strong feeling I am reaching that freakin 7" before the end of next month, if not the end. My dick grows slowly, there's no "1 month" results for me :)

Off day, but did a little bathmate pumping...

- 6 min x 2

I don't know, I feel the unwell feelings coming back from doing bathmate. The suction causes unwell feelings in my stomach and head, and it feels like everything inside my pelvic floor swells up. I might have to quit pumping, I am giving it a few more times. If my pelvic and lower part of my stomach continues to swell up like it did last year, I'm selling it.

Yes, putting on the BIB is a pain in the ass. I did buy better wrapping material, making it much better. I will eventually hang one day, but not yet.

I did about 3 sets a day, 1 hour hanging a day. Sometimes 4 sets. I think I needed heavier weights, because pulling my dick is way more force than 2-3 kg. I also don't believe that much in the "riding the fatigue". With manual PE, I have never rode any fatigue, and I gained 1".

Oh yeah, man... gaining 3" is sadly very rare and almost unrealistic... gaining 2" is my ultimate goal. To be 8 BPEL. If this day comes, I won't go after more, seriously.

Not so good workout today. Dick has been feeling a bit off the last two days. it seems like every time I take a day off, my dicks EQ suffers the day after. I have no idea why.

I am unsure why my EQ is suffering at the moment. My dick feels kind of dead, unresponsive. Def. overworked.

I did a workout today, but maybe I should have rested instead. I will take at least 2 days off if not 3. I suspect the reason might be me doing the clock stretches, while standing. This makes "popping" noises when stretching at 12 o clock. Maybe they will give gains, I don't know.

Other reason might be due to my sudden lower stomach swell that is either from due to the stupid Bathmate or due to something else.

Great routine. Good stretches, I introduced a new stretch some member here had used, calling it the 5 minute stretch where I stretch my dick outwards and up for 5 minutes straight. Alter hands every minute, without letting go. Liked it.

- 20 min jelq
- 1 min stretches x2 in all directions followed by circle stretch clockwise and anticlockwise
- The 5 min stretch
- 10x2 min clamping

I have a feeling that I might be gaining right now... My dick has acted a lot like one time when I gained from an injury.

20 min jelqing, light.

Went good, tried getting a full erection after the jelqing, which I managed to do. I haven't ejaculated in a week almost, so there's a good reason it was easy to get hard.

Recovering is a bit better I have noticed. I am on the 12th day now, so giving it 2 weeks seems fair. I notice that kegeling is harder than usually.

I might try to do some girth work tomorrow and see how my dick response to it. I will after that, then try some stretching again.

I tried to edge for 20 mins today. I am putting in some girth only in hope to aid in recovering to 100%. EQ was good today, but the problem I have is that it now disappears way too quickly. Hope this gets better.

Reached 17.5 cm, so I have no loss in length at max.

Hi I have a question for you, I hang about 20 days but still can't hang without my glans getting cold and blue. it is very bad? I limit my sets to 15min.
