Tried this technique for 2 weeks. First week did exactly how you stated. I saw major improvements in eq and random erections. 2nd week incorporated 5gs every 5/6 days and a light pe during off days. The 2nd week I saw a major drop in eq. Advice?

This is the classic example of a Joe doing whatever he wants making the simple complex and then coming looking for anwwers. I cant fix what I didnt advice to do.Ive said trizillion times my solution is based on quality not quantity. And its based on simplicity and adequate rest
Now you added PE wich I never adviced since this is an ED forum and I dont write or contribute to PE forums anymore cause its leaving millions of men impotent all over the world.
Im here to help the already damaged guys that seriously want to recover their erections and dont care about leaving PE al together.Everybody reacts to the 5gs different.IMHO in my hones opinion many of the 5gs are blood thinners that can improve ur blood flow BUT they can also make ur blood leave your penis as fast as it came in and leave you witha sleepy penis. So out of the 5gs I only take ginseng tea or drink prior a ocasional hook up. It gives that extra nitric oxide push.So dude its up to you to either train good and healthy or keep doing too much without adequate rest and damaging ur penis.
Gonna say it only once,off days are OFF days.only edging is aceptable.Im not an advocate of PE jelking balooning weights or any of that stuff.By the way you urself say that 1st week you did exactly how I stated and saw a major imrpovement in EQ,so there u got the answer why did u fixed a car that was rolling?

Hi dude yeah its a wonderful exercise with phisical and mental benefits.In my case it kicks off stress too.Ive been busy with work not paying much atention to my EQ just masturbating once a day. I did a trial for my solution that you can read if you scroll back.But then I gave up on week 2 and stopped reporting.But tahts basically it,I just bump this every now and then for the new guys,reply to some pm and tahts it blessings

can kegels cause ED?

I gained rock hard erection by jelqing a year ago when i started and have done it for 4 months. I have maintained good EQ since then . Untill recently i have done few kegels for 2 days and i now i am suffering from ED . Can you exlain how could it happen. A Excercise that was suppose to gimme good EQ has worked backwards for me. I haven't performed any reverse kegels. And the effect took place or the change from rock hard full erection to fluffy soft 80% erection took place within one day time. The othr day i was really hard the next day (the second day of kegel) i wasn't completely erect. What will solve my problem? More kegeling with some reverse kegels? Oh and yeah i watched a lot of porn but i do get aroused to random chicks too.

carlos21 you have replied in my questions,and you were very helpful,and i thank you for that. i have stopped masturbation for 1week and i have noticed a full ,shiny 100% glans during masturbation yesterday.but when i stopped hand stimulation the glans would start deflating after 15-20 seconds.also if i squeezed the glans it would also deflate.so my progress is
1)my glans now inflates 100% during masturbation
2)in spontaneous erections it inflates at all times,but only before the pelvic muscle spasms begin

What is still dysfunctional :
1) my glans deflates quickly when manual stimulation stops (15-20 sec) but not completely (it stays at a 50-60% engorgment level).what i must notice here is that during spontaneuous erections my glans could stay 100% inflated for 2 minutes or so,it deflates just when the spasms begin.
2)when i squeeze the glans when it is 100% inflated ,it deflates at a 50-60% engorgment level.
3) i have also noticed that when i'm lied down and my glans is 100% full my deep dorsal vein enlarges a bit more.before the glans problem my deep dorsal vein in every position was barely feelable whne touching.

and a question.is your deep dorsal vein visible-feelable during erection?

i havent started your exercises ,because i give my pelvic floor some recovery time. i will also start some pelvic floor physical therapy to relax and lengthen those muscles.

i know that i'm going to tire you ,but if you could answer and comment my improvement and what is still dysfunctional,i would appreciate that.it's very difficult to have erections problems at this age...

just forget about ur glans and focus on maximazing your erection.Do edging,long sessions and you will see ur galns expans like a mofo. Also when you start my rotine do the davanced added exercise(wich I explained before in this thread) it will give you that extra. Also the sat kriya yoga exercise once a day.I cant answer on specific glans questions,I can just help to make ur erection rock hard and MAYBE it has the added benefit of a enlarge glans,thats the logical consequence but I cant promise you anything but a hard erection

Try to stop release your pee several times everytime you go to the restroom.that will help.Contrary to popular belief.Short kegels 1or 2 sec are good for endurance and pre ejac,while long sustained are good for erection strengh. My solution focuses on strengh and for me edging is enough to build stamina. But you may want to introduce 5x10 short kegels a day. Spreaded all over teh day.Or easier just stop your pee when you use the bathroom. Keep working on your edging,theres no short cut way but you building tolerance to sexual stimulation to higher and hoghier states. When I had a girlfriend I used to train edging and lasted over 45min with her with a condom.And she was hot believe that,but tis all about tolerance.
Experienced pre jac even with edging on off days. Would doing the same exercise, except making half of the 30 sec holds reverse kegels be effective?

because of porn use alot of times I go back to be a 3 or 4 min man.But 1 or 2 weeksg edgin and IM near 10min without cuming.And more weekss and IM aproaching 15min or 20min.And thats the time when you can bang any girl without worries.
You need to just sit relax pick a good 40 min teen cumshot compilation video and start. If yo can handle 15 min edging on that you ar eon your way and it will get easier day after day

Read this thread through Carlos and I'm gonna give this a go. Never done any kind of PE before but I'm gonna give this a go for a few weeks along with some jelqs. I know you advised against them but the principle seems sound to me.

I will report back here with my results.

The only thing that sucks when rebooting is that your penis "sensitivity" is incredibly high. I used to be able to go for hours, now i feel i can only go for minutes. I guess it will come back in due time.

And I've been wondering what the fuck this has been about lately? Guess I am in full reboot mode! :D

Carlos I'm hit debating on trying this. I'm currently on my third month of JP90routine. I'm not content with my size (bpel 6.5 eg 4.5) I have seen some small gains already. But I'm considering it now sinc I've read this thread two times already. Long story short I used to watch a lot of porn since I was 15 now 24 I recently stopped relapsed 1x in the past three months. I don't masturbate since I've started the routine but on a weekly basis I have sex. But my unit tends to go hard (not at it's fullest hard) then gives up on me sometimes.

I was thinking about keeping the routine but in this routine there is quick kegels in the beginning stage. Idk if you know about the routine but after this month I would not kegel and just stretch, jelq, vjelqs and I don't even edge since I have sex 2-3x a weekend. But my unit isn't as hard as it could be and it limps when I stand or do certain positions. I'm really at the crossroads. Now would you recommend maybe do your routine first then PE,then after a few months of your routine then go back to PE then back to your routine so 3 months of PEing then Three months of kegel routine, then back?

I do take 3/5 G's a few times a week since it does thin the blood and I only take green tea caps and drink green tea daily. I'm extremely in good shape 78%vo2max. I don't drink heavily just started redefine cup daily and eat a lot dark chocolate 90%cocoa lost 120lbs. I smoke weed on occasion though.

Anyways Carlos im at the crossroads I know you said jelqing can take a load on the penis but size would be nice. Have you experienced incoperating PEing with your routine?

red wine is a nice adition dude it relaxes ur penis and good for circulation.Im at bottle wine a week.
By the way be careful with the 3/or 5 G's. Too much blood thining can cause the blood to leave ur penis.Ive had mixed results with teh 5Gs specially be cautious iwth ginger and garlic.Each individual is different and we dont ahve studeis with the right doses.You have to experiment yourself till you find wich of the G's work best for you,wich quantity and how far and close to the sexual act.
Try cut the Gs for a week and see what happens.The most important G is gingseng IMO it improves nitric oxide production. You can take it in capsules or tea.And if you add a bit cayene its a nice combo

As for my routine.I encourage you to cut any other kegels you may be doing and do only my 4x30 routine and the isometric resistance kegel I explaned as advanced. Im nobody to tell you not to jelk,its a fact it helps in PE so its up to you. You can combian emy routine with PE,your penis will be tired from PE so results wont be seen as fast but you will definatelly get results. But avoid any form of kegel or reversekegel.
keepin it simple,the sucess of my formula is in training the BC with high intensity,and give it enough time to rest and grow stronger.If you do aditional kegels you dont let it rest and overtrain cause the 4x30 it self its a huge amount of work. So no need to stop,you can combine them.
And you will get hard erection cause my solution mixed wit the short term hardness improvement from jelking will be great. the only reason why I dont advice jelking is because long term it reduces sensitivity and weak erections if you stop doing it.I dont want to be a slave for jelking in order to ahve a hard penis.My experience is once you stop doing them erections become weak and penis lazy

I agree with the Gs. I'm just taking the garlic green tea caps and ginkgo a fed times a week then on days I PE. But I do drink green tea daily. A lot of benefits. As for the ginger I will add that and take it a few times a week with the other Gs. As for the routine I'm doing. I'm going to eliminate the quick kegels and any rk's and place your 4x30 kegels after the jelqing/vjelqs of before?? Or maybe in the am? Then PE in the evening before bed? Or vice versa? As for the advance resistance kegeling ill hold off on that to see I I'm overtraining.

Btw what about the edging part?? I do have sex weekly a few times on the weekend. This weekend I got it in five times though I kept performing short sessions and my eq isn't 100% is at could be
