I love the Sat Kriya exercise that you recommended several months ago.
I gained rock hard erection by jelqing a year ago when i started and have done it for 4 months. I have maintained good EQ since then . Untill recently i have done few kegels for 2 days and i now i am suffering from ED . Can you exlain how could it happen. A Excercise that was suppose to gimme good EQ has worked backwards for me. I haven't performed any reverse kegels. And the effect took place or the change from rock hard full erection to fluffy soft 80% erection took place within one day time. The othr day i was really hard the next day (the second day of kegel) i wasn't completely erect. What will solve my problem? More kegeling with some reverse kegels? Oh and yeah i watched a lot of porn but i do get aroused to random chicks too.
carlos21 you have replied in my questions,and you were very helpful,and i thank you for that. i have stopped masturbation for 1week and i have noticed a full ,shiny 100% glans during masturbation yesterday.but when i stopped hand stimulation the glans would start deflating after 15-20 seconds.also if i squeezed the glans it would also deflate.so my progress is
1)my glans now inflates 100% during masturbation
2)in spontaneous erections it inflates at all times,but only before the pelvic muscle spasms begin
What is still dysfunctional :
1) my glans deflates quickly when manual stimulation stops (15-20 sec) but not completely (it stays at a 50-60% engorgment level).what i must notice here is that during spontaneuous erections my glans could stay 100% inflated for 2 minutes or so,it deflates just when the spasms begin.
2)when i squeeze the glans when it is 100% inflated ,it deflates at a 50-60% engorgment level.
3) i have also noticed that when i'm lied down and my glans is 100% full my deep dorsal vein enlarges a bit more.before the glans problem my deep dorsal vein in every position was barely feelable whne touching.
and a question.is your deep dorsal vein visible-feelable during erection?
i havent started your exercises ,because i give my pelvic floor some recovery time. i will also start some pelvic floor physical therapy to relax and lengthen those muscles.
i know that i'm going to tire you ,but if you could answer and comment my improvement and what is still dysfunctional,i would appreciate that.it's very difficult to have erections problems at this age...
Experienced pre jac even with edging on off days. Would doing the same exercise, except making half of the 30 sec holds reverse kegels be effective?
The only thing that sucks when rebooting is that your penis "sensitivity" is incredibly high. I used to be able to go for hours, now i feel i can only go for minutes. I guess it will come back in due time.

By the way be careful with the 3/or 5 G's. Too much blood thining can cause the blood to leave ur penis.Ive had mixed results with teh 5Gs specially be cautious iwth ginger and garlic.Each individual is different and we dont ahve studeis with the right doses.You have to experiment yourself till you find wich of the G's work best for you,wich quantity and how far and close to the sexual act.
Try cut the Gs for a week and see what happens.The most important G is gingseng IMO it improves nitric oxide production. You can take it in capsules or tea.And if you add a bit cayene its a nice combo
As for my routine.I encourage you to cut any other kegels you may be doing and do only my 4x30 routine and the isometric resistance kegel I explaned as advanced. Im nobody to tell you not to jelk,its a fact it helps in PE so its up to you. You can combian emy routine with PE,your penis will be tired from PE so results wont be seen as fast but you will definatelly get results. But avoid any form of kegel or reversekegel.
keepin it simple,the sucess of my formula is in training the BC with high intensity,and give it enough time to rest and grow stronger.If you do aditional kegels you dont let it rest and overtrain cause the 4x30 it self its a huge amount of work. So no need to stop,you can combine them.
And you will get hard erection cause my solution mixed wit the short term hardness improvement from jelking will be great. the only reason why I dont advice jelking is because long term it reduces sensitivity and weak erections if you stop doing it.I dont want to be a slave for jelking in order to ahve a hard penis.My experience is once you stop doing them erections become weak and penis lazy
