Today is the last day of my 3 week vacation, and in all this time I haven't been able to reach max erection, at all.
It's always like that when I'm off work for a while, and I can't figure out why. My "default" erection level is still good enough, but there's no way I can get to 100%.
I had always thought it was the lack of exercise, but I don't have such an active job (even less so since I turned manager), and I still moved around during those 3 weeks.
Once again I tried to eliminate all the other variables, and yesterday it struck me: maybe getting more than enough sleep has something to do with it.
The thing is, whenever I'm in such a phase my kegels feel weak and "empty" no matter how many I do.
So, could it be that oversleeping lets the pelvic floor muscles rest too much?
I know I'm normally always a little tense down there, and need to be for optimum EQ (as well as good ejaculation control BTW).
Anyway, I couldn't get past 9"13/16 the few times I even tried measuring.
Let's see what happens tomorrow.
