Im going to start off by saying this article is kinda long and includes personal stuff so you can skip around at will it is all informative.

Intro: Kegels are for strength of the muscular system in your taint. Reverse Kegels are for stretching and relaxing the muscles. However for me this just didnt seem to be enough to keep my gooch relaxed during sex. The only way would be to push a hard RK to "desensitize" my dick and doing that made my inguinal muscles hurt on one side..it also made it hard to keep a regular breathing pattern and id find myself burping a lot. And even then I still got uncontrollable "spasms" from my muscles.

Anyone ever hear of Fascia?... (skip this paragraph if you do) I stumbled upon this while trying to find out how to fix my poor posture because my shoulders are also rolled forward... Anyway fascia is the connective tissue that is very strong, slippery and wet. It encases all of your muscles almost like plastic wrap that is extremely resistant. Fascia is responsible for easy movement of all muscles because it is slippery and it is crazy strong it can resist 2,000 lbs of pressure per square inch! So it helps keep you together so you dont fall apart haha. However it protects your muscles so the more stress that is built up in certain areas the thicker the fascia becomes and the more restricted your muscles become. This is also what causes a "plateau" in peoples heavy weight training. You create tiny tears in your muscle fibers in order for them to grow but you do this by creating an immense amount of stress through lifting..so the fascia around your muscles tightens up and becomes more rigid from the stress preventing anymore muscle growth. Same applies for your PC and BC muscles. The more stress it undergoes the thicker the fascia becomes restricting anymore growth and movement!

Problem: When I became aware of the taint muscles I found myself clenching them subconsciously and a lot more in any "stressful" situation. This ranged from being intense playing a video game like madden to answering a question in class... when a stressful situation came up I would clench hard as fuck and not even realize it! For years and years of stress build up in my gooch made doing Kegels and RK's utterly pointless. Kegels just made my involuntary contractions worse because I realized I had developed hypertonic muscles and RK's made it slightly better but did nothing for sex. My routine eventually became strictly only RK's and consistent breathing which have made me more relaxed but still didnt help the involuntary spasms I experienced when I entered a vaj. This is where the fascia fun comes in!

Solution: Stretching your muscles is one thing but stretching fascia is another. Stretching your taint muscles is very important in keeping them relaxed and makes you more aware of how you react and how things work down there. But if your fascia has become hardened and rigid from stress (Fascia is so thin that you cant actually feel the rigidness) and kegels then the fascia will contract on its own which is beyond your control!!.. Here is a quote from the article about fascia "Fascia can contract and feel and impact the way you move. It's our richest sense organ, it possess the ability to contract independently of the muscles it surrounds and it responds to stress without your conscious command. That's a big deal. It means that fascia is impacting your movements, for better or worse." (http://www.runnersworld.com/injury-treatment/understanding-your-fascia?page=single <--article link). Sooo GUESS WHAT THAT MEANS! Yep if you experience involuntary contractions its not from your muscles its from the mothafucka surrounding your muscles and Reverse Kegels aint gonna do shiiit about that!... BUT every little bit of stress build up in the fascia is REVERSIBLE!!

Im gonna post straight from the article:

MOVE IT OR LOSE IT: Sticky adhesions form between fascial surfaces that aren't regularly moved, and over time these adhesions get strong enough to inhibit range of motion. Take a few minutes first thing in the morning to roll around in bed and really stretch out, head to toe, just like a cat after a nap.

STAY LUBRICATED: Just like every other tissue in your body, your fascia is made of water. It works better, moves better and feels better when it's wet. So, drink!

STRETCH YOUR MUSCLES: When your muscles are chronically tight the surrounding fascia tightens along with them. Over time the fascia becomes rigid, compressing the muscles and the nerves.

STRETCH YOUR FASCIA: Once your fascia has tightened up, it doesn't want to let go. Because the fascia can withstand up to 2,000 pounds of pressure per square inch, you're not going to force your way through, so stretch gently. Fascia also works in slower cycles than muscles do, both contracting and stretching more slowly. To stretch the fascia, hold gentle stretches for three to five minutes, relaxing into a hold.

USE A FOAM ROLLER: Like stretching, using a foam roller on your fascia is different than on your muscles. Be gentle and slow in your movements, and when you find an area of tension hold sustained pressure for three to five minutes. You may practice self-massage with the same rules.

SUMMARY: So stay hydrated! Do your RK's and stretch your muscles but also stretch your fascia! The best way I found to stretch your fascia in your gooch is to relax yourself completely first so make sure you arent clenching at all..then push a very VERY SLIGHT reverse kegel like so slightly that you barely feel it in your muscles at all. The point is to stay relaxed breathe normally or deeply whatever makes you more relaxed and not tense anywhere. Once you've found this happy relaxed state of yours while doing a SLIGHT RK hold that for 3-5 minutes. Do something to keep you focused like eating, reading or meditating.. I get distracted easily and after 5 minutes I can find myself in a different world and have forgotten that I was doing a SLIGHT RK hehe. Do this everyday for however long you can keep your attention to it. For people who have trouble with keeping your muscles relaxed period dont do any kegels until you are in full control of your relaxing and experience no involuntary contractions. Once you've conquered this then you can once again do kegels at will but after a session of kegels make sure you do a good fascia stretching! Oh yeah and I threw the "USE A FOAM ROLLER" in there because well 1 its from a running website so its talking about all of your muscles not specifically your gooch and 2 you can use a tennis ball to GENTLY massage your gooch area which will help loosen up that constricted fascia that you had no idea about! Once you redevelop a healthy fascia it will relieve you of your mental anguish so you dont have to concentrate on how fast you will cum but instead you will be able to fully enjoy sex without any worrying! yeah imagine that!

Also from watching so much porn it was instilled in me that sex has to be deep fast penetrations at all times..however if you have a girlfriend or lover or what the fuck ever, doing small slow or deep slow pumps is a lot more sensual and you feel like you get to explore the mystical vagina..it just feels nice and creates a great emotional connections with your partner. Just advice for anyone who was like me and didnt know any other way...but then you can go mad fast when you are trying to get your girl to cum! Then you can too and whenever you want because you will now be able to have COMPLETE CONTROL!

Fascia is around all of your muscles and organs so you can apply the knowledge here to any part of your body particularly parts that have constricted movement and cause pain..like back or shoulders. AND the fascia in your penis could hold the secret to growing a bigger dick! so lets see who can put the pieces together and help some of the smaller brothas out there!! Good luck to all who experience PE hope this helped a lot and cheers!

EDIT: Forgot dont know how I could but manual stretching can play a big part as well. I didnt need it but it helped my buddies. All you need to do is grab your dick right underneath your head and pull up or out o whatever directions you want. Pull it firmly but not hard and hold it for 3-5 minutes while you are completely relaxed otherwise. Again good luck your worries will be over soon!

Smart Post.

I am a chiropractor and this material is spot on. I've just never really applied it to the pelvic floor muscles but it makes perfect sense.

This is an area which I am particularly interested in, until now there has been very little discussion of it. I'm going to start applying your ideas to my routine, they're very well thought out. Doing myofascial release on the pelvic floor can be tricky, when I tried with a golf ball and a tennis ball it caused a sharp pain if I did it too hard, and it didn't relax anything when lightly rolling. I created a series of stretches for the pelvic floor, and they really stretch and the connective tissue and muscle around my pelvic. I'll do a detailed thread on them once I get a bit of time.

Stretching and ball massage are both good. There is a thread on yoga style stretches for the pelvic region.

You seem to have come at this fascia thing from a bodybuilding style angle ,which I am uneasy with.

The purpose wasnt to make anyone uneasy I just took information that applies to your entire body and used it for the floor muscles. I was trying to show that kegels and reverse kegels are good but then you have to treat your muscles like all of your other muscles and we neglect a key component which is fascia. If you stretch your fascia as well you will see and feel results very quickly. I can say that adding a few fascia stretchs in my routine I was able to overcome PE quicker than I ever thought possible because I dealt with it for so long. I used examples like heavy lifting to show how it works all over your body and not just your gooch. People tend to understand things better when you can compare..my bad on making you feel uneasy that wasnt what I was going for Pegasus

Glad I could help Gambet! And also for you Hap-penis.. you cant really feel your fascia layer until you stretch it which is supposed to be a light pulling sensation..it's kind of like silly putty in a way. If you pull too hard it won't stretch out (it won't rip easily either haha) but if you stretch it lightly over time it will stretch out. So my point is time is your biggest factor when it comes to this stuff it works differently from a muscle stretch and a muscle massage. If you want to know more you can read that article and more then Google is a great tool just apply info to your gooch

Just want to make sure I got this here. So in order to stretch the fascia you do a reverse kegel but very lightly correct? And then hold it for 3-5 min a day? Is that it?

I think that stretches and foam rolling could help to release tension in connective tissue and muscle within the pelvic floor, not just fascia, but the science in this area is hard to pin down. I agree with you 100% about heavy lifting. Doing squats with proper form has increased the flexibility of my hip and groin muscles, and I can now maintain a relaxed pelvic floor, reverse kegels also helped with this.

hmmm interesting !!! i love to see new approaches and i certainly never heard fascia mentioned with PE... makes a lot of sense on paper... maybe some general fascia and chiropractic / yoga tutorials on web might help... anyone ? any links to fascia stretching tutorials or courses (free or payed)... thanks for bringing this up... if anyone sees some dramatic influence from fascia relaxing please post your progress immediatelly and your routines too... Rolfing - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This sounds like music to my ears :) Yeah the fascia tension might really be MISSING LINK in K/RK routine... especially citing:

Skeletal muscles often work in opposing pairs called the "agonist" and the "antagonist", the one contracting while the other relaxes. Rolf theorized that "bound up" fasciae (connective tissues) often restrict opposing muscles from functioning in concert.

Yeap kegels must work in concert indeed :)

ok there seems to be one MINOR PROBLEM :( all fascia releasing techniques (ROLFING especially) i could find (free or commercial) are performed by a therapist on a client... i couldnt find any SELF massage techniques one could perform on his own body, because apparently from all the various videos... the hand techniques and grips need to be applied by some one else because you cannot lay comfortably on a bed relaxing your posture and at the same time reach those places comfortably with your own hands... someone has to massage you lying on your back or belly in most ROLFING videos... are there any FASCIA SELF MASSAGE TECHNIQUES that we could incorporate into our PE routines without going to certified ROLFING massager ?

EDIT: iam reading into this fascia and it makes SO MUCH SENSE... but we need to gather some SELF massage and excercise links and tutorials that we can do alone at home on a mat rather than rely on myofascial and rolfing certified therapists (they are the best but not always an option)...

Massaging fascia, or releasing tense muscles in general through massage is a very rough process, I'm talking digging in elbows deep, grown men cry from this stuff. I've tried massaging my own perineum, its a very delicate area and I think there is a high likelihood of damage to this area, especially with these rough massage techniques, so I think massage is out. The good news is that stretching can achieve a similar effect, I'm currently writing a thread on how to deeply stretch the pelvic floor muscles intensely.

hmm "fascia" and "deep tissue" are they both the same ? if rolfing is the traditional fascia massage it cannot touch deep enough the way its presented on most rolfing videos... its more like "scooping" the fascia beneath the skin with your fingers or palm or elbow and "ironing" the surface very slowly with relatively low but steady pressure for longer periods to sort of melt or mold the fascia like a sheet of dough... if its done to injured tissue it may certainly be painfull but i dont see anyone screaming on those videos i posted... or any rolfing videos for that matter and rolfing is directly targeting fascia... so lets sort the terms so we all talk about the same tissue in our pelvis... :)

THIS IS FASCINATING 101 ON FASCIA...

Fascial research German spoken/English subtitles - YouTube

german with english subtitles

it looks like fascia might be the missing link between EASTERN and WESTERN medicine concepts...

with fascia concept researched by WESTERN doctors YOGA, ACUPUNCTURE, CHI, TAI CHI now all start to make sense and the WESTERN medicine can fill in the long missing puzzle piece that shows the big picture and underlying mechanism of ancient EASTERN medicinal practices... and also reveals more behind the technology of contractions and stiffness in pelvic region that may be used in PremE practice and therapy... some keypoints for PremE:

1) fascia tissue can contract and expand independantly of muscles
2) fascia tissue contains dense inervation giving it ability to feel pain and also be subconsciously controled by brain as well as send information to brain
3) fascia tissue reacts to stress mediators - it can react to stress levels in body
4) the fabric of fascia can get chronically stuck or meshed just like fabric of sweater when you pull a thread

and many more... check the video - its mind-blowing discovery only starting to gain recognition in west... the first ever international congress in human history on fascia was held in 2007 - this is a brand new field of research yet to bring its biggest secrets and breakthroughs

I'm probably going to incorporate this into my work, it definitely sounds interesting. How long did it take for you to find results with this, if you did at all?

Essentially what I'm going to be taking from this is the 3-5 minutes of Tennis Ball Massage, as well as combining the manual stretching into the JP90 routine. Do you have any knowledge about how often would be valuable to do the Tennis ball massage? Daily? Every other day? 2 days on, 1 day off, etc.?

"Do something to keep you focused like eating, reading or meditating.. I get distracted easily and after 5 minutes I can find myself in a different world and have forgotten that I was doing a SLIGHT RK hehe. "

Can you explain more about that part? I didn't get it.

Thank you
