Texasbeast said he wants to avoid foreskin regrowth if he can. He already has an opinion, and is looking for options, not other opinions. If you have nothing to add that will help him reach his goal, don't waste your breath. There are tonnes of threads already on the subject of "Why is cut/uncut better?", and we don't need another one.
@Texasbeast: There is no way to completely stop this regrowth from happening during PE, but it can be minimized. Pulling the skin back down before each jelq is one way to minimize the regrowth. Another way is to jelq backwards, moving down towards the base of the penis, which is also used to combat the baseball effect. Using extra lube should also help minimize skin pulling. Lastly, by lowering the pressure you use per jelq, and increasing the number of reps, you put less stress on the skin. This last one might not be the best option if you have a routine that already works well for you.
