No sane person has ever thought 30 min is pre-e. That is like saying a guy is not supposed to have an orgasm during sex.

Well I agree TJt, apparently she went around telling people that I lasted a" very short' time on that occasion, they didn't realise that was 30 min . Was she crazy ? Perhaps; but remember in her experience sex was 1 hr or more . I often wondered what the rest of her sexual life has been like in the 30 years since. Btw back in those days I often didn't have an orgasm during sex due to the delayed ejaculation issue

Respect within a relationship is earned, not given. If I'm dating a women and she described herself like a whore, how do you think I will respect her? Respect is also mutual. If I show it to her and honor her, I expect it in return.

So what are you suggesting Darin ,assuming you are not implying something insulting.

Some people (of both genders) are just malevolent by natur & if thew are slighted in any way- they just have an uncanny ability to know what will hurt another person. Reality doesn't really come into it.

If your partner has enough experience to realize that the above standards are well above the norm, then the comments are likely being made to induce a confrontation or to antagonize. What other reason would there be for such comments.
This brings to mind some of the post here where men speak of being terrified of negative sexual comments. That's not something you can really prevent- if someone wishes to hurt you they'll say whatever they feel is best to target your emotional weak points.
Develop enough confidence, and you'll be able to see those types of comments for what they are.
