5-8 min warm up
20-30 second tunica tug followed by 2 finger flaccid bend (20sec) in all 4 directions
repeat tugs and bends moving up to 3 then 4 fingers, work your way back down to 3 and 2 if you want
45 V jelqs followed by some 3 second squeezes to keep plump
repeat Vs and squeezes
75 palm down wet jelqs followed by squeezes
repeat jelqs
4-5 mins of squeezes, one OK grip at the base and one behind the glans, compressing the space between to really plump up
ballooning and kegels on the warm down

Cheers!

I suggest trying to do all of your V's at one time and the same with your wets. Hit your CC's and keep hitting them for maximum expansion and elongation. Then do the same to your CS. Doing them in sets allows those smooth muscle cells to relax, and you don't want that. The more fatigued they get, the better the results. That being said, it is only my opinion. My girth gains however suggest I am at least partially correct. Of course others have gained doing them in sets, so perhaps try different approaches and see what you think. Perhaps the squeezes are a little premature for you at this time. If you want to work girth you don't want to overdo things in the beginning. I suggest sticking to jelqing until your unit is ready for the more intense squeezes. Too much too soon is far worse than too little at this point in your journey.

Maybe I can take out the squeezes between jelqs, but at any rate I rest for 30 seconds max between those sets of Vs or wet jelqs so I dunno if that's too much rest or not. Now that I think of it the JP90 doesn't say to rest in between sets so maybe that's a crucial part of the workout I'm missing. At any rate after doing 2 workouts as listed above my unit seems to be hanging more plump throughout the day so I don't think I'm hurting it. Thanks for the feedback!
