I am newbie here!!

I have already started my program for 2 times

My program is
1.warm up 10 minutes
2.do stretching 6 minutes; i do straight,left,right,down and up. I have a question here when i do stretch i hurt my glan. it's like i pull it too hard i don't know whether i do it right or wrong. If you have a suggestion for this please help me this T T
3.jelq 3 second-stroke for 10 minutes . the problems are i don't know how many reps to do, how many set to do and am i doing correctly or incorrectly. advise me please T T

I'm very new to this myself, but I found it helped to use a soft cloth (mine is an old cotton washcloth). I wrap it around the middle of my shaft and hold onto it while stretching. If you feel pain while stretching then you are pulling too hard. Start easy and then slowly increase the tension.

regarding the streching....i used to hold the grab just under the head, because my hand slide away if i get the hold 1 inch or more under the glans.......is this dangerous? in the long run if i continue to strech like this...would cause some problems?
