if you were to go about your daily stuff (work or something as time consuming!) do you think its possible to get the full days p.e in little breaks. like go to the toilet... jelc a bit. make sure!!! there's no way your going to leave that ever annoying wet patch on your white boxers!! and still get the gains. because i find myself doing it randomly throughout the day for five mins or so. but iv only been doing it propperly about a week :D

A lot of guys do this way.

I think it should work. At least it is a good start. However i think the best Pe is when you can get your body relaxed and devote at least 20 minutes to it. A good way to do this is when you go to bed do your warm up, stretch and jelq, warm down.

Problem with doing very short PE sessions is that you begin to get your unit warmed up (by the exercise not a heating device) and loose, then you stop. While better than nothing, it is definitely not anywhere near ideal. Imagine doing one set of benches, three times a day. You would never be able to max rep because your arms, body and mind would not be ready for that. A decent length PE session will allow your mind to get into it as well. Now doing jelqing at one time and stretching at another is a different story, that would work out fine.

interesting point rbi, i love how p.e scientifically makes sense. it gives me the edge to actually carry on and do this most days :D
