Alright, I think I finally got the hang of the regular jelq - the head is getting pretty hard during the workout. However, once I start doing V-Jelqs, the head gets soft. I'm already sqeezing all the way from the base and bending my knees to get more range of motion. What else should I do?

Actually, I already followed that post, and the head is still not expanding. Hmmmm... I have no idea why. Any thoughts?

What direction do you do them in?

I sometimes do them upwards, like where my glans is on my bellybutton.

What is the advantage of the V-Jelq compared to the OK Jelq?

Regular jelqs mostly hit your side chambers (cc's), while V's mostly hit your bottom chamber (cs). They both hit all three, but each hits one more than the other.

7", is this happening from the get go, or as you move more into your routine? If you get good V's in the beginning, do fewer V's and more sets. Alternate between regulars and V's. Make sure to really bury your unit into the webbing of your fingers, you have more strength there, and bend your wrist upward as you apply initial pressure. Not to take anything for granted, make sure also you are using your index and middle finger. You might just have weaker than normal finger strength, and if that is the case not sure what you can do. If in fact V's aren't going to work out for you, make sure you move your grip around while doing regulars.

I usually do V-Jelqs at the end of the workout - after 100 reps (200 strokes) of regular. As soon as I start, the penis head gets softer. Also, I use middle and ring fingers. Does that change anything. And, I do bury the fingers, it just feels like the blood is not effectively trapped in the head.

My bad, regulars obviously hit the cs and V's hit the cc's!!

I believe you will find your pointing finger and middle finger are stronger. Break your routine up into two or three sets, trying 50 regulars and 50 V's. If you try UJ's, cut your regular total in half.
