When you first started PE, what were you expecting? How much time (in weeks, months, years) did you anticipated you would spend exercising your penis?

I started back in July 2005 when I was got serious about PE. I had known about Penis Enlargement for a couple of years prior. When I started back in July I was very commited to gain EL and EG which I did in the three month of being a Newbie. I spent everyday with my routine that I set up for myself, after that I started a hanging routine to increase my EL. I still am a work in process to get to 8.00"x 6.00".

Dust,

It's great that you gained so well in your first three months. What was your gains like?

What were they like after?

My BPEL and EG was 5.25"x 4.00" when I started in July of 05 and now I am at BPEL and EG 7.00"x 5.750". I still have a goal of 8x6 this year.

1.75 X 1.75 gains in 9 months?!?! My god man, that is amazing! Congratulations. Many men here and other places would kill for those gains ;)

You said you built your own routine. What was it like?

Routine

Routine

I start out with,

15 minutes of warming up of the pubic area,
20 minutes of Jelqing 5 times a day
20 minutes of stretching 5 times a day
5 minutes of rest period between each session
3-20 minutes hanging with 15 lbs
5 minutes rest period in between sets
3-10 minutes with 20 lbs
5 minutes rest period in between sets
2-10 minutes with 25 lbs
I leave the hanger on while I go through my stretches, this is where I use the rope that is attached to a hook on the door. I stretch SO, then go 90 degrees right then 90 degrees left, then I step over the rope and stretch BTC. All this takes me about 10 minutes, then I take the hanger off and then I do 5 minutes of wet Jelqing.

Then I cool down with cold cloths for 10 minutes. This is about the routine that I have for 5 days on and 2 days off, the days I have on are mixed up durring the week.

Are you saying that you jelq 100 minutes a day and stretch 100 minutes a day? That is well over 3 hours of jelqing and stretching a day. That combined with the hanging and the warm-ups is over 6 hours a day, 5 days a week. You put in more hours of PE in a week than most people put in 6 months.

Did you gradually build up to this?

For the lurkers, I want to point out that the cold cloths is a good idea. Traditional warm-ups for warm-downs might actually be harmful, rather than helpful. Use a cool-down to cement the gains instead. But don't use it for too long, you also want to keep good blood flow (and we know what the cold does for blood flow.)

remek,

It did take two month to build up that many stretches and Jelqing, but I didn't do it all in one session I kind of split it up between morning and night each day. You are right about the cool down time, it dose cement your gains

Remek,

I have worked hard to increase my size ELxEG. I just want to say to any Newbie that is wondering if this kind of routine works, I can say ( YES IT DOES) it take time and patients and a good mind to let it happen.

Dust,

You are absolutely right. PE is like exercise, it takes time to make the change happen.

Anyone who thinks exercise is easy has something coming to them. Exercise = work. Exercise = self improvment. Exercise = change. And change doesn't happen easily. Whether you are exercising your head (i.e. school), or your biceps (i.e. gym), you have to work hard to make that change.

A guy by the name Endow advocates the saying:
No dedication + No discipline = No gains. In a way, I think he is right. Pick a goal, pick a plan, and stick to it. From there, the gains will come.

Remek, dustpan,

PE is exercise. The principles are still the same. Follow the rules, and as remek says pick a goal and a plan, then the gains will surely follow.

New guys, trust us, this stuff works, you just have to put the effort into it. It is like everything else.

Times,

In January of 2005 I had read somethings about Jelqing and manual stretching but I never got into doing anything about it. After six months I heard about Th***er's P**ce, so I joined in July and started to do some of the Jelqing and stretching for the period of three months. After the Newbie period I started to build a hanger, and in a 5 month period I started to see some good gains in EL and EG sizes.

In July my BPEL was 5.250" and EG was 4.00" and I kept a monthly chart of my gains up until March 1,2006. I am happy to say my gains are NBPEL is 7.00" and EG is 5.750", BPEL is 7.625". Right now I took a month off to decondition, I'll start back up in April with more PEing.

Timez,

While I was in the Newbie schedule that I set up, I did get half of my gains in BPEL x EG. The rest of the gains were from Hanging, starting with 10 lbs up to 25 lbs
