I've been doing the JP90 workout for almost two months. I've seen some gains in all areas but like anyone else want more. As I read posts throughout here I see a lot of conflicting info...i.e stretch, don't stretch, warm up or don't, wrapping and hanging, etc. man is just want to get big safely. I'm doing tons of jelqs, some V jelqs and stretching. What else should I do? I'm also takin 1000 mg of L-Arginine. Advice?

Patience. Your penis is going to grow at its own rate, you can't force it. Pay attention to your PIs and listen closely to your body. Growth happens while walking the fine line between undertraining and overtraining, it's a delicate balance and forcing it will only serve to set you back. If you are seeing gains from what you are doing than continue what you are doing, adding can result in overtraining and changing your routine may lead you to something that you don't gain from and time is lost. Gains and positive PIs means you are doing something right, stay the course until you stop gaining.

Ok but specifically I am seeing lots of "experts" giving contradicting information, especially around stretching. What gives?

What you are seeing is the fact that not everyone reacts the same to various exercises. One person may get length gains from stretching alone for years while another won't see anything until they start hanging. The bottom line to any debated or controversial exercise here is that you just have to see what works for you, if you gain then it works, if you don't then try something else until you start gaining again. As a newb myself I understand the confusion with what you are reading, but I'm just following the golden rule: gains = doing something right, no gain = time to switch up or intensify (assuming no negative PIs).

An inch and 1/2 deeper than before
Best advice was given above. If your gaining stick with it, alot of self proclaimed experts are legends in their own mind lately!
