Hi all,
As the title suggests, I'm curious to know which PE approach is the most effective (provably and anecdotally) at promoting length gains.
Is it hanging, extending, manual stretching etc?
I don't particularly like the idea of manual stretching as it's virtually impossible to be entirely consistent. I'm leaning towards extenders as there seems to be a lot of literature on the effectiveness of extending (and it doesn't seem to have as much potential for trauma a hanging).
Which extender (traction, vacuum or else) is the best value for money?
