Hi all,

As the title suggests, I'm curious to know which PE approach is the most effective (provably and anecdotally) at promoting length gains.

Is it hanging, extending, manual stretching etc?

I don't particularly like the idea of manual stretching as it's virtually impossible to be entirely consistent. I'm leaning towards extenders as there seems to be a lot of literature on the effectiveness of extending (and it doesn't seem to have as much potential for trauma a hanging).

Which extender (traction, vacuum or else) is the best value for money?

Hanging, High Tension Extending and ADS are all proven and effective. Tons of people have gained from all three. M9T8er the owner of enlargement unlimited and r/AJelqForYou gained 3 inches by all day extending primarily. I have gained two from all day extending. The high tension extending fad is relatively new, so not many documented multi inch gainers yet but a lot in the 1 to 1.5 range. In a few years some of them will get to the coveted 2+ mark. Hanging has been around forever, so a lot of multi inch gainers can be found from that.

Not a fan of manuals for length work.

Just start doing it is my advice. Pick one from Extending/Hanging/ADS and put in 3 months and see if it is working for you. I don't believe one is "best". Whatever is the easiest to be consistent with.

They all work on the same principle, essentially just stretching your flaccid penis, mostly its just about what method you like better and is more convenient. Extenders are usually more standardized, you get everything in the box and can put it on and start easily, and you're more free to walk around the house. Hanging you can progressively overload easier by putting on more weight so not as friendly for newbies, often you have to DIY setups like if you want to angle the stretch not just straight down you'll have to make a pulley system.

With extending theres the ones with the noose and one with the vacuum cup, most guys like the vacuum cup because the noose basically chokes the head of the penis and some guys complain of discoloration of the head. But the vacuum can also sometimes cause blisters when theres too much force.

I gained my first inch with manual stretching in about 10 months or so, and then later 0.5 inch by water pumping (bathmate) in about 4 months.

I'd recommend just getting cheap made in china extenders from aliexpress, ebay, temu, amazon, etc., can get it around ~$20 or less, see how you like extending and if you like it you can decide whether its worth to upgrade to premium expensive extenders.

Hey there, thanks for the response. I prefer the idea of extending just because it seems less likely to potentially cause an injury than hanging, but then it's very difficult to get more than a few hours in per day because of work.

I've been using a cheap extender with a noose for a while (but it's basically falling apart, so looking to change/upgrade). Are the vacuum ones reliable? It seems like there are more parts that could potentially go wrong.

Hey, thanks for the reply. I have actually had a cheap extender for quite some time. It's difficult to get more than a few hours in per day because of work, but the main issue is it's just falling apart. It has a noose

Which is more likely to cause actual injury, vacuum or noose systems? The vacuum ones seem more complex, like there's more that could go wrong with it or there wouldn't be enough suction to maintain traction unless going for a really expensive model.

If hanging is better, how does one go about creating a setup? Thanks again

Vaccum extenders have a small learning curve but are pretty easy once you get the hang of it. Important to protect the glans.

Generally people prefer the vacuum systems, its more comfortable and can put more tension with it without causing pain. Theres a bit more to vacuum systems but its not that complicated, you can just buy one of these vacuum cups and use it with your current extender or use it on its own for hanging.

Its one of these vacuum cups: You put it on the head of your penis, then a silicone sleeve over it to make an airtight seal around your shaft, then use the hand pump to pump out air and create the suction, then you can attach it to your extender. Or you can attach it to a string with some weight if you want to hang, though not recommended for beginners to hang.

Sometimes edema or blisters can form, from the tension pulling on your head, so some people use medical tape to tape the head before using, others use water in the cup instead to create the vacuum.

I would have to say extending is the most proven as far as actual studies, but I prefer hanging and I know it works

Hey, thanks for the explanation! Are there any vacuum extenders you would recommend as being the best value?

For the value? The hog stretcher. It's like 80 bucks and a very high quality high tension extender.

I don't really have any personal experience with extenders, but I've seen for many the cheap ones work fine. I've bought the cheap vacuum cups before for hanging, sometimes they fail to keep suction so you have to fiddle with it, but you can ask the seller to send you another one free of charge.

I Bought recently a vacuum extender set that came with these two systems.
I found the strap method to be easier to adjust tension/angles and more confortable to exercise with, so I basically just used that.

I'd like to know if theres any difference between these two streching methods in terms of results.

As I'm new to device assisted stretching I dont know if I'm missing something here.

Any help from experienced users would be great. Thanks.

The extender in the top would yield better gains if you could wear it for extended periods but is not as discreet as the bottom two options.

If you have the time and the privacy, the top one is the best choice but if you plan to wear it as you go about your day, the bottom two are more discreet.

It comes down to when you plan to use it and what you are doing.

They both have their advantages and disadvantages

I agree with all the above.
I'm an fan of the ADS and made all my gains from there (2.5" length and .5" girth).
Your results are dependant on Force x Time, and there is a threshold minimum force to initiate gains, and ultimate upper limit on force to not cause pain and pain does not equate to growth. Therefore time is your friend here, more time more gains.

As a side note I did want to mention that in all the studies done on ADS, they stopped at 6 months to prove the efficiency of these devices for benefits. Had they gone further, there results would have continued. Indeed after 6 months, I continued to stretch and gain 1.5" length, so your progress doesn't plateau or stop or diminish.

I am confused as one can be. Was hoping to find a solid ads device. Most suggest aliexpress products but I've read users reporting those break easily. Phallosan sleeves chronically tear and overpriced overall as reported by others. There is jes extender, proextender, totalman, best ads, stealth ads. Choice paralysis at its finest.

Stealth ADS is the best value IMO. Biggest draw back is not being able to tell tension/force. But, a digital tension clip/scale from Amazon will help.

The Phallosan is what I made all my gains with. The sleeves last if you take care of them. You need to apply baby powder to them each day and they will last 6 months or so. Bigger issue is the sleeves will lose their seal unless you happen to fit one of the sizes perfectly. I actually outgrew the large sleeve and order mine third party from the fk'n mint sleeves etsy page. Great value, great quality, great owner.

I personally just ordered the hog vibe to see if the vibration will help me break a plateau
