Hello all!

Been on and off with my PE since 2005. Im sure I sound like plenty others when I say I can only imagine the gains I would have had I stuck with it. However, with the bursts of consistency that I have had, I can testify that PE is a game changer for me. Im back now in hopes to commit to a routine that brings me high eq, long lasting erections, and girth gains. Im in a different place in life and believe I have the power now to fully commit and obtain my goals. Would love any recommended programs. Out of habit and maybe desperation, for the past year or two I occasionally (1-2x a week) do jelqs, squeezes, and bends while masturbating. Appreciate any insight and hopefully this forum is still active!

Welcome to the forum!

The "Stamina Only" would be a good place to start with to get your EQ to what you'd consider a satisfactory level. From there, adding a girth movement like higher erection jelqs or Squeezes would be the next step.

Hey Big Al! Thanks for the response and direction. I was thinking about investing in your coaching to force myself to commit and dive all the way in. Would you recommend doing stamina only first?
