Hey guys, I kind of new here. I've looked at this site for years, but only posted I think once lol. I'm looking for information on regaining my firm erections from my twenties and thirties. I don't have ED, but it's just not as firm as it used to be. I've read about supplements, but I'm not sure what works and what's a gimmick. I'm happy with my size, but not the quality of my erections. Any help will be appreciated, thanks in advance

Welcome, and thanks for posting.

The first thing I think about when guys have any concerns about erections at all is general health and fitness, especially body weight, activity, sleep quality, nutrition, and cardio-vascular fitness. And of course, there are even better reasons than just erections to stay on top of those things. :)

If you aren't already where you want to be in those areas, it might be something to explore. Even small improvements in any of those areas can make a big difference. Have you had a recent physical exam with a complete blood workup?

Adjustments with aging is something many of us here are familiar with. I've got almost 10 years on you. Things aren't exactly what they once were, but all systems are go to my satisfaction. So I just go with that. Things could be a lot worse. In part I credit my commitment to good health and fitness. Best of luck with this. Try not to worry too much. Worry can be the real killer.

I'm in the process of getting healthy again. I had ballooned up to 305lb (I'm 5'11") now I'm down to 245lb I haven't started working out yet, but I'm going after work today to enroll. I started trying to drop weight last March so I've dropped basically 60lbs in a year lol

Congrats on the weight loss and efforts to get into shape! 60 lbs lighter must feel great. Keep up the good work. (y)
