Im very interested in the phalosan forte and how it works, I like how you can wear it all day under your clothes while you work or whatever. Biggest draw back is the price which is outrageous. I seen another device similar think its called penext, this is a much more reasonable price. Does this mean its a worse device? And if so or if not can anyone tell me why?

I've just looked at the penext youtube video and it looks like you put a noose around the penis and then you put wrapping over the noose. If you are uncut wearing a noose is a pretty painful experience so even though the belt on the penext does look good because you should be able to wear it discreetly i think it will be painful to wear. Plus i've looked at there website and it says "product discontinued" so if you broke something on your penext you would't be able to get spares parts because it looks like the official penext company are now closed down.
I know the phalosan is £225 + P&P but it is very comfortable and you can quickly rack up the hours. I used to use an x4 extender and after an hour or so i was suffering in pain but as i type this i've been wearing my phallosan for almost 8 hours straight. Admittedly i'm desperate to go for a wee wee but i will hold on until i've completed 8 hours.
Plus when you recieve your phalosan you can then pick 3 free condoms to use with your phalosan and they usually cost £18 each. Plus the official phalosan rep (Julian) is a regular at pegym and everybody agrees he's the most helpful penis device rep to ever appear on any penis website. Usually reps are so argumentative but Julian is so helpful and friendly.

If penext is a noose based device then it will never stand a chance against phallosan forte not in a million years.

Phallosan is very expensive, but one way I looked at it was - 250 euro is worth the investment for a bigger, healthier dick. I mean that is the equivalent I would spend in the pub in a month, so it is all relative.
I agree that the Phallosan is very expensive and I am one of the very few lucky ones who got it for free along with free 6 condom sleeves.
@averagedick when I am at home I use the Phallosan Forte at maximum tension which is the red zone on the belt and after 2 hours I would have to switch to the other side and I am good to go for another 2 and I just alternate every couple hours, however when I am sleeping or outside in public I use the lightest tension which is just a little bit of the green zone showing and I could last for 3-4 hours before I switch to the other side.
I wear the PF for 18-20 hours everyday and I have been feeling the fatigue for days now it is awesome!

I'd have to agree the other. Noose based Extenders really hurt I've been using one for a month or two now and I can really only use it for about an hour its too rough on the glans as I am cut. Honestly I'd love to get the Phallosan, but its too fucking expensive.
