I found out about PE when I was in high school, but back then you had to buy a book and I never bought it (I still remember the before and after picture on the ad). I always thought my penis was fine. Then, in my 20s, I went out with someone whose last boyfriend was 10 inches. She didn't mean to make me feel bad that I wasn't 10 inches, but she did. I told a mutual friend about it. He told me to get a penis pump. I got one, but I used it wrong. I did the pump until you get edema thing which actually will cause your penis to get smaller (because now you have less blood in your penis and so all the tissue atrophies). I pumped for an hour until it was huge and full of edema. Then I jelqed for 5 minutes. This kept it big all day. I did this for 12 years.
Then one day I was pumping without paying attention. I look down and there's a huge blister on the head of my dick. I had to pop it. I waited a few weeks to pump. It happened again. I had no idea what to do. From years of less blood in my penis from all the edema, my penis was actually smaller. I avoided women. Then maybe 8 months after the blister incidents, the idea to google how to make pump gains permanent came to me. I googled it and found PE Gym. I read through all the posts. It seemed clamping and hanging were the best way to go. I clamped, injured myself and stopped. Tried again, got injured again. Anyway, in six months I noticed gains. An inch in length and an inch in girth. I tried hanging, but without any results. I read about steel cockrings and got one (and still have it). Clamped again and got more gains. Then nothing for years. Now I'm gaining again. That's my story.

It's good to hear you're gaining again! What particular regimen are you following?
I clamp and do bundled stretches. One day, I'll do 5 minutes of stretching followed by 2 15-minute clamping sessions. Then for 3 days, it's 5 minutes of stretching followed by 3 15-minute clamping sessions. After that, one day where I stretch and do 2 15-minute clamping sessions. Then two days of rest. I do this for 10 weeks. Then I take 8 weeks off.
