Hello everyone! A long time lurker here. I've been lurking around here for 12 years. Yeah, that's a lot of time and this is actually my first post here. During that time I have obviously been reading the forum, gaining knowledge, learning useful tips and of course doing PE now and then when I have had the inspiration. I have just never committed to it properly and kept my routine consistent enough to see further gains. During these years I have probably gained about 2cm (just under 0.8 inches) in erect length and perhaps 0,5cm (about 0.2 inches) in MSG. Some of the gains obviously are from better EQ but gains are always gains and I'm happy about them.

About a week ago I decided to take PE more seriously, commit to a routine and track my progress and gains properly. At the moment my routine consists of basic stretching, side to side stretches, jelging, ULI's and some edging. I have already noticed increased horniness and harder morning woods. So the initial signs are good. This time I also decided to start this progress log and it's functions are:

- track my progress and help me to stay committed
- share my experiences with different exercises and routines
- share my thoughts on how PE has influenced my life on other areas (self-confidence, sex life etc.)
- getting useful tips from other forum users and hopefully helping other users to gain as well

So it's been almost three weeks since starting my progress log. I've been a bit busy lately so I haven't had a chance to update this. I took some measurements of my BPFSL last week and it seems that I have gained about 0,4 mm. My BPFSL initially was 18,7 cm and now it seems to be 19,1 cm. So it seems that I'm doing something right and having some progress. I still don't want to measure my BPEL because if it hasn't increased from my initial stats (17,7 cm) I might lose some of my motivation and cannot keep myself consistent with my routine. So I'll abstain from measuring it for now and maybe measure it next month.

I must say that I have had some interesting comments from my wife. Lately she has been commenting my dick quite often and saying that it is big. She has always said these things but now she's doing it a lot more. There was one time when she said, that "how is it this long? I can fit my both hands around it." I must say it felt quite good.

One thing I need to focus more is my EQ. It's hasn't been as good as it was three weeks ago. I've focused a lot more on stretching than I ever used to so and I think it has something to do with it. I will continue with my routine but add more kegel exercises and some edging to it. Of course I also try to avoid overtraining and take rest days whenever I feel like I need them. Let's see what happens.

Welcome Northerman19 & congratulations on your gains! Getting acknowledged by the wife is great too

For me PE in general seems to help EQ, but kegels & pumping especially have helped.. I had a mild case of ED I was able to overcome purely with kegels, pumping & PE (no pills needed).
