I'm new here, so I want to get my log going for accountability to myself. My goals are to get to 7" BPEL and 6" EG. I've also let myself go as far as my weight. Currently sitting at 185lbs, so my goal is to drop 20lbs. Overall I just want to get healthier and happier. I'm trying to find a good routine to stay consistent with. I only have about 20min or so a morning to dedicate to PE. I'm open to suggestions 👍

Goals:
Weight: 165lbs
BPEL: 7"
EG: 6"

Starting Stats: 2/11/23
Weight: 185lbs
BPFL: 4½"
FG: 4½"
BPEL: 6"
EG: 5"

Current thoughts on my routine:

Bathmate: 5-10min
Wet Jelq: 100 reps
Directional Stretches: 30sec/direction x2

I'm open to suggestions and will modify/add to the routine as weeks progress.

Cheers 🍻

Hi co342. I'd bank on the manual stretching. It's how I got my initial gains pretty quickly. The hard part is getting the right grip so you can pull with sufficient force. Most guys seem to have a "latent length factor" and it's just a matter of pulling it out. Usually about 0.25 to 0.50 inch just laying dormant in there. With practice you'll eventually become more comfortable with manual stretching and find that sweet spot of sufficient force. You don't have to go too wild, but you will need to get a firm pull on the ligaments to get the latent length to express itself.

As for the weight loss goal, many years ago I dropped from 185 down to about 155. I didn't know I could lose so much weight. I lost the first 10-15 pounds just by cutting all sugar, desserts, junk food out of my diet. I also made a point of never eating to the point of feeling full. Within just a few weeks I think the change in blood glucose was enough to drop those first pounds. And then I started running and that's when the weight just melted off that summer. Hope this little anecdote helps.

Best of luck.

Oh, and cheers! But don't drink too many of those :) The calories add up quick

3/11/23 Measuring Day

BPFL: 5"
FG: 4½"
BPEL: 6"
EG: 5"
WEIGHT: 183lbs

Not much progress in the first month, but I haven't been all that consistent. I can say that my penis feels much more healthy. In addition I have stayed more consistent in the gym, diet, and supplements. I started a probiotic with L-Rueteri. My testicles feel much heavier and are hanging nicely. Overall, feeling good about the progress. I need to stay more consistent with the PE this next month.

Man. It's been a while. Stepped away for a while just enjoying life with my fiancé. I've gotten back in the gym and back to PE consistently.

Right now my routine is really simple. I warm up with the bathmate in the shower for about 10min. Then 3 sets of 50 wet jelqs. Nothing special but seems to be working alright. Penis feels healthier and some small gains.

5/27/25
BPFL: 5¼
FG: 4¾
BPEL: 6½
EG: 5¼

I'm up about a ¼" in most measurements. Length gains are a bit easier to achieve than the girth.

What would guys add or tweak to my routine. I'd really like to see the girth start taking off.
