I'm new to the group so forgive me if I'm repeating any questions.
I've heard about jelqing and stretching and tried it for about a month.
Now after finding and going through this site, should I still do the beginner
program or move on to he advanced ones?
Also, when guys workout at the gym, most of them take supplements after
their workout ie. protien shake... therefore are there any supplements that
can/should be taken after a PE excersise?

i've been taking extra protein after my PE workouts. i figure if smooth muscles is made of pretty much the same stuff as skeletal muscles it'd be strange not to get some extra protein for PE too.

i'm not sure yet, it's only been about 2-3 weeks that i've been adding the protein, and before these couple of weeks i was on a break. so it'll take me a few more weeks to know if it's making me grow faster. i'll keep you posted though.

I would suggest you eat more fresh and natural food which is rich with protein, minerals, and vitamins. Ginseng and green tea are also good too.

Definitely. For the next study/survey we do, I'll have to build some data on protein and it's affect on PE.
