You should never ever
ever feel pain when penile exercising. Something must be going wrong. Try:
- Using less force!
- Placing the bulk of your jelqing force on the sides of your penis rather than the top and bottom
- Jelqing for shorter periods of time
- Jelqing with a lower erection level
Hope this helps. Again, you should never feel pain. This is how accidents happen. If pain occurs, stop immediately.
