Hello everyone, so I have been using a rod extender (PeniMasterPRO) for the last 3 months. I went up in the rod length at least an inch since I began, so I am sure that I have gained at least a bit. But I wear it only in the evenings (only time when I am home and free) for about 2-4 hours each and every day.

What bothers me is that during the day my penis is often times shrinked a bit and I wonder if it is hindering my length gains? And also I wonder if what I am doing isn´t too little PE work?

Do you think there is anything I could do to maximize my gains using the extender? Am I wearing it long enough? Should I do anything else besides it? I actually always do 3 sets of 30-40 second (each sides) bundled stretches before I put it on (to stretch out tunica) and after I take it off (while keeping the vacuum cap on) I stretch my penis in all directions for about 5 minutes.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

I would do more bundled stretches before using the extender. I usually did at least one minute on each side twice plus at least 50 jelqs. If you can find a large ring to fit comfortably on the base of your dick, you can use a 3’ bungee cord attached to the vacuum cap and wrap it around your waist and attach it to the ring on your dick, it can be used as an all day stretcher for several hours at night.

Thank you! So you recommend having some form of extension also during the night? I read a lot of different opinions on keeping an extender/ADS during sleep, some people saying that it can be dangerous because when asleep you can´t really monitor the state of your penis like bloodflow etc. What do you think about that?
Also, why not to just use the strap that came with my extender? It can also be attached to the vacuum cap and wrapped around waist or leg. I am just not sure if the glans being the whole night in the vacuum wouldn´t suffer a lack of bloodflow.

I forgot about the strap. Yes, you can use that as an ADS at night, provided the tension is not too tight for up to three hours. However, I do not recommend using the extender at night.

IMO an Extender has it's place in PE, but more as a supplement to more intense PE training. Your headline title on your original post "Is only an extender enough"?
If you wanted to increase the size of your chest muscles would push ups alone help you build any significant muscle mass? The answer is NO! Push ups would help tone and define the muscle group, but wouldn't add any mass or size.

The most effective PE is like a three legged stool....
Aggressive hand stretching / jelqing.
Weight hanging with a quality vacuum based device.
Penis pumping.

You might get some newbie gains from an extender, but don't count of a multi-inch gain. I know there are guys who will disagree, unfortunately I only see words and no verifiable before and after photos.
As the old adage goes.... "a picture is worth a thousand words".

Only an extender would have been enough for me. I saw great gains while using the device and a 7 month period and used the device off and on to get more gains but also did manual exercises. I feel that all of my extender gains were permanent where as gains from manual resulted in about a half inch lost from where I stopped (basically if you do manual overshoot your goal by 1/2 inch). You really want to shoot for a minimum of 4 hours each day you extend. I averaged 8 hours a day, 5 days a week.

Consider getting an LG girth band. Throw one on after you're done to keep from turtling.

My personal PE training varied often, I train intuitively, meaning I used a lot of variety and tried to keep my penis from adapting to the work load.
That being said, if I were to outline my basic routine it would resemble the following...

Warm up with a warm / hot shower and mild to moderate hand stretches for 5 minutes during my shower. Some guys use heat wraps or lamps... whatever works to get your penis ready to be worked.
A one hour weight hanging session in the morning, followed up with 5-10 minutes of very aggressive hand stretching to take advantage of the fatigue the weight hanging produced.
ADS after a hang session. Wearing it as much as possible during the day.
Afternoon / evening weight hanging session for one hour, post hang hand stretching for 5-10 minutes.
Pump work 3-4 days per week after my evening hang / hand stretching. Three 10 minute sessions with 5 minute breaks in between to jelq. Girth Bands afterwards to prevent retraction. One Girth Band at base of penis while sleeping. This will help cement gains and train your penis to not "turtle" when flaccid.

This is probably more training than most guys have time to do. Keep in mind I work in a very private environment and could hang weight while I worked. This is a basic outline of how I trained. I made a 2 3/8" erect length gain and 1 1/4' - 1/12" erect girth gain depending on area of shaft being measured. This took me four years of dedicated training 5-6 days per week. I would usually train 3 days off, one off, two on, one off. If I felt burnt out, I'd take a few days off now and then.

Off days I would work on erection quality. I would get an erection and maintain it for a minimum of 15-20 minutes. As I made gains I found that I needed to add a couple more days to work on erection quality. As you grow you will find it a little more difficult to get and maintain a firm erection, as your penis requires more blood to maintain firmness. After all what good is larger penis if you can't get it hard?
You can do some pump work when you do your erection quality training, but don't over do it! If you create edema it can have the opposite effect and diminish erection firmness, at least that was my personal experience.

Since I recognize there is a multitude of men who train differently than I do, I always recommend using some discretion and common sense! If you're starting out as a rookie PE enthusiast, start slow and incrementally increase the intensity, along with work load. If your goal is to make a multi-inch gain, set realistic goals and realize you're not going to gain 1" in a couple months! Penis enlargement is difficult and it takes time and dedication. Only a very small percentage of men will ever realize a multi-inch gain. They just don't have the discipline for the marathon. They are compulsive and come at PE like they do a New Years resolution. Super motivated for a couple months and then peter out... pun intended.

I watched this video, and I want to add some perspective with regard to this man's gains and gain timeline.
Dr. Richard Howard has been practicing penis enlargement for over 30 years. He's tried everything you can think of. He's settled on using the LG Hanger with an extender modification that has increased traction capabilities.

He has a theory that I found realistic for my own personal gains. He believes you can POTENTIALLY gain up to 50% of your starting erect length. That is the optimal gain. Most men will never get there.
The guy in this video estimated a 35% increase based on original length, and even that is an outstanding achievement.

There are too many variables to consider when it comes to what you can potentially gain. Many who follow my posts will know I've said the following many times before.... We work with a number of surgeons who perform penile length procedures. I've had discussions with each of them asking what they see when the cut you open. How much penis is behind the pubic bone and how thick is the suspensory ligament? Those are the two questions I've asked. Without exception they were all very close to each other in their observations. They all echoed the estimated thickness of the suspensory ligament, which in my opinion is the main obstacle in making a significant length gain. They all agreed that approximately 90% of men have a very thick ligament that's around 1/4" thick. The other 10% have a thinner / weaker ligament that's about half the thickness. One of the doctors referred to those men as "the lucky one's" because they are the guys that make faster, better gains. Unfortunately nobody knows how thick their ligament is.

As for how much penis is behind the pubic bone, that too varies dramatically. It's typically around 1", but in rare instances can be 2" - 3".

I agree, and everything in life that I have pursued I've done so with discretion, common sense and my "gut feeling". When I was racing motocross and came to a new track with double and triple jumps that ranged from 60'ft to 80'ft spans I never attempted those leaps without first knowing what my capabilities were. Nobody walks into the gym the first day while watching someone bench press 315 lbs. and tries that himself the first time. That would just be foolish.

I couldn't agree more. Mixing it up and adapting to what is currently working has helped me realize significant gains in the almost 8 months I've been at it. I have a ton of private time though and can hang, pump, stretch, whatever in private. I've changed my routine multiple times when what I'm doing stops working. The only thing that hasn't changed other than increasing time, is keeping a sleeve on as long as possible. Currently the girth bands are the best solution I've found for that. The only problem is they make your flaccid penis so long it's tough to hide in public which may or may not be a good thing depending on your situation.

Is there a way to supress the function of the suspensory ligament? In terms of almost like pre-fatigue (in fitness terms), so that you can get more from the sessions.

Actually I am not a newbie at all, Ive been PEing for around 9 years now, but for the most part it was very on and off like you mentioned in your post. I was very young and I got excited when I saw the immediate gains but then when I hit plateau after few months I lost motivation and stopped and many times I just half-assed my sessions and didnt track progress that much. But I did gain something.
But in 2020 when the pandemic started and I got in lockdown I had more time and I decided to really go consistent. During 15 months I gained almost an inch.

Since this August I have been very busy because of work and didnt even PE at all for like a month, wearing tight pants during day in work and I lost some gains. So I got this PMP extender and been using it for the last 3 months. I moved up the rods, probably like an inch, but yesterday I measured and my length is still about 1/2 inch less than my peak during lockdown (which was all manual by the way plus wrap post workout for as long as possible). Now I just extend always in the evening when I come home from work, for maybe 1-3 hours, depending on time. During weekends I try to do more like 4-6 hours. I use no wrap now..been thinking if I should incorporate it again or some form of ADS even during sleep.

So yeah, this is where I am now...
My goal is to gain 2 inches in length and 1 inch in girth.

Where do I buy those bands?

They're available at the LG Hanger site. They come in packs of three. I use one at the base and one behind the glans with a soft sleeve over top to retain body heat.
