Hey gents, hope you can enlighten me in here. So in a way, when you do a deep squat which stretches your PF muscel which means you're actually doing some kinda of RK'ing? 🙄

How often to do the Asian squats? Should we balance on the balls of our feet or squat flat flooted?

I am sorry to anyone who read this thread over the years. A few months after making this thread I discovered I definitely had not found the root cause of my erectile dysfunction. It wasn't pelvic floor issues.

After speaking to a couple of doctors earlier this year, it turns out it was because of anemia cause by a genetic condition that I have. G6PD Deficiency. I require certain vitamins in my diet more than regular people, or else I become anemic. And if I become anemic, I have erectile dysfunction. My condition requires me to eat a lot of folate. Now that I get enough folate in my diet, I don't have any issues with my erection.

I must note that during these past few years, if my erection problems were not caused by my malnutrition and anemia, then it would be because of pelvic floor tension.

So basically, just like how other muscles in your body can get cramps, my pelvic floor would also get cramps. And that is because, I highly suspect, my frequent masturbation. I masturbate for hours at a time. My pelvic floor has gotten very strong over these past few years. And with strong muscles, I guess comes stronger cramps. These are always painless. The only harm they do is just take away my erection temporarily. I still get them even to this day. They're completely painless.

I found out that if I were to continue stroking or squeezing the shaft of my penis, the erection would usually come back. Almost instantly. I suspect because of the bulbocaverosus reflex, which has the effect of basically making the muscle stretch itself out. The times where it never came back was because of my anemia. Which was very confusing, I might add, because I had absolutely no idea. And very frustrating. This whole time, I had no idea what the anemia was doing.

In the recent months, I have found the best, most reliable, most effective, most practical way to use this effect of the bulbocaverosus reflex to bring back my erection in the fastest way possible. And that is basically a rolling massage of the shaft, from the base of the penis, to the tip of the penis. Preferably with lube. Just like how you squeeze toothpaste out of its tube. It brings back my erection in under a minute if not seconds.

I have found that doing this frequently has not only made my erections consistently harder and stronger, but has also given me better performance with my dry orgasms and taken my pleasure to even greater heights than I have ever experienced before.

Would squatting actually help with nerve damage or scar tissue build up? I get that it would increase blood flow to the area, but wondering if it would restore the blood flow through constricted parts of his penis as well as restore his confidence?
