Hanging Weight Possibility

Came across "The Chain Gang" body jewellery website and I wonder if their ball/scrotum stretchign weights could be used as an ADS for just behind the glans as a PE method? They have a ton of sizes availble, and in my case, my flaccid isnt overly large in doameter, and could get a snug fitting one at 26mm ID x 20mm wide which weights just over 1 LB.
Is this enough to aid with length gains?

Those ball stretching weights probably took the idea from Danny France's patented Circle Device which was one of the first ADS penis stretching devices in the mid/late 1990s. France's Circle Device looked almost the same as those ball stretchers but it was made of Pewter and weighed up to 2 pounds. M9ter modified the Circle Device to add more weight and to make it a better fit/grip on the end of his penis. He calls it the Wrecking Ball and provides instructions somewhere online on how to modify exactly the kind of ball stretcher you are looking at into a Wrecking Ball that will work as an ADS. You have to make some mods to get it to stay on the end of the penis, but pretty easy to do per his instructions. He claims to have gained significantly from wearing his own wrecking ball for 12-16 hours a day. Here's the link where he talked about this:
