I am fairly new here, I am looking for a girth only routine. I have read post about how the beginner routines help give you length and girth but I do not want anymore length than I already have at all. So I was wondering if anyone could help me make, or guide me to a routine with strict girth only gains and no length at all. Also I have already read the guidelines and the regulations. Thanks :)

Read the beginner section, take up a conditioning routine and then after 3 months ish your penis should be suitably conditioned to take on a more intensive girth routine. I am in the same boat as you, I don't want any more length as the wife won't be able to take it but this is not a race, it's a marathon! Slow and steady wins the day.

Doing the jelqs and vjelqs with a higher erection level should concentrate more on girth as well, round about 70% eq seems to work vey well n that area

very important to monitor how it's affecting you during training! Don't want to go mental on girth and then find you can't get a boner !

Im almost at the end of jp90 routine myself and will be moving to a more girth focused routine after that, lots of threads for girth exercises too!

Good luck n your journey!

Don't miss this thread!! :thumb:

Girth exercises are advanced and require conditioning to avoid injuring your penis, start with a beginner's routine such as JP90 (link in post above), or pick one from the list in the link below, after 90 days you may jelq at a higher erection level ~70%, or investigate other options. :)

And if you haven't already done so, please https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginn...fore-you-post-maximize-your-success-here.html and focus on safety. :biggrin1:

Pay attention to your PIs, your penis is trying to tell you if you are over working, or you are in the growth zone, aim for positive PIs, and steer away from the negative ones.

Good advice given, start jelqing (normal jelqs, v jelqs, if it doesn't work Ultimate and Ultimate V jelqs). Erection level is key, 60%-80% will be great, for now as a beginner you should do it at a lower erection level. Do slow jelqs
Remove the stretches from the JP90 .
Start really low in intensity, stimulate your erection quality , read a lot on the forum (great links provided by MrB8), and then very gradually increase the intensity. By doing less at the start you will gain more in the end!
