Hello,
I noticed some Angiokeratoma's on my scrotum. It is a a small blackish colored blister in the small surface capillary. I have like 4 or 5. About the size of a pencil tip one is a little bigger than that.
I believe they are a benign, but kinda embarrassing. I don't want to have to explain to a potential mate.
Not sure what caused them, possibly blood pressure. Maybe shaving down there or riding a bike ?
I was reading that they can be cauterized, is that the best treatment ?
If so, would a dermatologist be the best place to remove these ?
