Hi to all of you .
I am 23 ,i have always suffered from PE .
From young age I was masturbating with porn ,constant keggeling to get erection quick and finish fast .
In the last mounts I became aware of my issue,and I start researching about this problem ,till I found this site .
I’ve been reading a lots of post and succes story that gave me confidence,that I can beat this .

My current routine is :
Hindi squats 10-15 (with my back on a wall )
Child pose 10 min
ATP stretches
RK during the day

Endging for 10-15 min +

I also have some questions :
1. When I touch my head of the penis ,a super big and uncontrollable contraction is starting from the pelvic floor area ,what is this meaning ?
2.After I started the routine that I am doing ,when I masturbate with no porn I can resist almost every time 15-20 min ,doing revers kegels without cumming ,if I masturbate with porn video or audio ,I am getting close to porn ,and cumming almost instantly .
3.I noticed that when I am fucking I am clenching my butt ,is this helping or not ?

I am feeling like I did a good progress with my ability to rk ,but when the stimulation is PIV ,or audio or video even rk are not helping me ,at leas in the first round

Fell free to ask me anything ,I want your advices .
I will beat this ,and I hope this topic will help others to beat it too!

Thank you for response and implication .
My actual rk routine is doing rk when I am doing Hindi squat and child pose constantly and though the day everytime I remember .
The reason I posted here ,is because I want to improve my routine in something more complex and helpful for my situation.
For tight pelvic floor what should I do ,continuing with rk ,stretching or i need to try something else ?
I started ATP stretches 1 week ago ,and when I am in the stretch sometimes I fell something is happening in my pelvic floor area ,I don’t know yet how to describe it .
I also want to start a core workout and start running .
Any suggestions or advices are helping .
Also I have a question ,when I am rk ing ,i fell a good expansion of pelvic floor area when I am moving my body up front ,like positioning myself in posterior pelvic tilt .
And second ,when I doing rk ,I fell like I am almost to fart or sometimes I am doing it ,this is a back rk or a front rk ?

Ok so front rk feels a bit like a piss and a rear like taking a dump . Funny enough some guys even start the learing process in the toilet .

UPDATE
Last few days I was catch up with Christmas and everything .
I was doing a lot of rk ,waking ,sitting ,laying on my back ,and then I was able to pee without the involuntary kegel at the end of the urine flow .
Then I wanted to try some endging with porn (without porn ,I am felling in control ) and i hit 4-5 minutes until I hit porn ,witch is a great improvement ,before I was able to resist maybe 1 + min .
I’ve tried next day ,I did it for 10 minute ,in the evening I did a new session of 10 minutes ,end then decided to cum.
After this ,when I pee the kegel at the end is back ,and I fell the urine is coming harder I need to wait few seconds until it s starting ,I thing my pf is tens after cuming

I think this is the first time when I saw the power of a relaxed pelvic floor muscles ,and why I really need to relax the pf all the time .

Question: When I apply a harder grip to my penis ,this drives me direct to porn ,I was always doing a soft grip ,and now when i realize all of my girlfriends were tight ,this was one of the factors that was making me cum quick ?

So I will start using only a hard grip to my penis ,this will be closer to a real thing and I need to get used to that stimulation .

After the new year i will start a new ,and proper routine ,I fell this last week made me realize a lot of thing ,and I think I am on a good road to solve this .

Any advices or question are welcome !

You seem to be improving . The clench butt thing sets off kegels so watch that . The grip thing is often noticed onsite and is related to penis sensativity . Just a point of caution here it is possible to make your penis numb if you overdo do it .

Just a point for the future since you are doing rk and stretching with no strength or K work contact me if you get issues like lowered eq or lowered libido .

Update :
I’ve been doing edging,stretches ,and started running 3-4 days a week .
Regarding edging i practice it almost every day ,didn’t cum for 5 days until last night .
InItial I wanted to cum once a week ,but last night I felt a big pressure I am was thinking is better to cum .
My session were 10-15 min plus ,I mixed thing with no stimulation (audio or video ), with pics ,and with my mind .
The best session was using my mind ,I was going for 20 minutes ,with 100% eq ,doing rk ,felling in control .
Now I have some questions .
1.I found that doing a rk and then trying with my lower abs muscle to move up the entire area is helping me to fight the porn and to reduce aroundal . How is this called ,the rk and with lower abs trying to flex muscle upfront ,I fell a good stretch is happening .
2.Last night I wasn’t felling in good control ,is this because I haven’t cum in 5 days with edging every day ?
3.Is safe to cum once a week ? (When i cum last night I cum a lot and the sensation was super intense and there were a lot of ik after Cumming.
I had some moment when I was reaching porn and then with my mind only ,thinking I don’t to cum and somehow the ponr was gone .
I tried to dry orgasm ,I try to kegel when the spasm start ,but after 1 minute ,the porn is back (is this because my kegel is not that good?)

CRITICAL MOMENT
I’ve been reading about front/back kegels ,and front/back reverse kegels .
I always kegeled to cum fast .
So,today I masturbare like in the old days to see witch muscle tense when I do this ,and I found that I was kegel the spot right under my balls (when I do this ,I connect my dick with this muscle ) after my research I think this is a front kegel .
After this i tried to revers kegel the same spot ,but I can’t ,I can only reverse the spot around my anus like pushing a fart ,and this I think is a back reverse kegel .
if my assumptions are right ,I can only do front kegels and back reverse kegels .
So ,the muscle under my balls is super tense (tight you will say ) ,and the muscle around my anus i found them relaxed to be honest .

So ,I really think this big unbalance is the cause to my premature ejaculation .
In order to overcome ,I really need to learn how to do front reverse kegels ,in order to keep the spot under my balls relaxed .
Please ,someone with experience can tell me if I am right or not .
