Hi guys
I have a life long premature ejaculation, already tried SSRI with usefull results.
My masturbation habit sucks, always used my BC muscle to come faster and my PF and all the lower body are very tight
I started about a week ago to strech all my lower body, focusing on armstring and hip flexor
I’m doing RK without a routine
My daily stretch routine:
-5min armstring
-5min hip flexor
-4min lajin(each leg)
I’ve been for about 22 day in nofap hard mode and stopped today, i tried to edge but it was impossibile, to much tightness in my PF
Any advice?
Should i start edging?
Is there anyone in nofap hard mode?

Just started my PE journey 2 weeks ago. I have noticed a CRAZY amount of flexibility I have gained from hindi squats and lajin. Both of these were painful at first and as I continued to do them, they got easier and I became more flexible. I can't imagine how much better I will be at them in 2 more weeks. I am also doing lower ab exercises and penis stretches while maintaing a relaxed PF. I am no expert but my edging sessions are getting much better now that I am in tune with my body awareness. If I were you, I would keep at it with the stretches so when you go to edge, you can feel a difference. Even in the shower I will squat down and RK. there is always time if those that have the motivation use it wisely. Once again, the lajin is PAINFUL at first but don't get discouraged about it, I am already into a deeper longer stretch with it meaning... It is WORKING to increase my muscles relaxation and flexibility

what's your record in lajin?
is your lajin a full one? can you can you completely stretch your leg?

I started off with 1 painful minute without even a full stretch now I am at 5 mins each leg full stretch. I am also 19 years old and active which I think made it a bit easier/faster for my body to adapt to what I wanted it to do. New goal is 10 minutes. There is a guy on youtube that claims he has a 100% success rate of PE cure with just lajin. It seems far fetched but I have noticed better edging sessions and being that lajin is part of my routine, I want to lean towards believing it lol. He said 15 mins each leg and that if it is painful than that means that your "meridians" are blocked and you need to continue to stretch out

Do not forget stretching abductors and glutes. While stretching flexors are good for your posture and flexibility, in my experience abductors and glute (in particular piriformis) are more important in relaxing PF.
Moreover, see if you actually have a tight hamestring or hip flexors (both rarely happen together). Stretching them is not harmful but maybe one of them is weak as well according to your posture, train the weak one as well as stretching it mildely.

Thanks for the tips, i think i have a light APT so started to work out my abs and glutes
yes my harmstrings are more weaker than hips flexors.

Yes you are talking about “ curedby... something”
And yes i him, heard about someone on this forum, who have had benefit by lajin, the thread is “from premature to delay”
