Quick extender pro weekly progress with pics

Hey guys. Wanted to start tracking visual progress somewhere so here we are. This is not day, week or month 1. I've been pretty consistent for some time now since january. I've been able to increase the amount of tension via rods. I measured yesterday as 5" non bone pressed flaccid stretched length (base to tip while in extender) and erect, my penis looks longer than I can ever remember it being in my life. Plan to continue on until I run out of rods to use to extend

How long do you wear it for every day? So you have gained 3/8 in length but not in girth?

I try to go based on averages. I don't think I've gained any girth but I haven't really been aiming for that. I don't do anything else but use the extender. I try to do an average of 3-4 hrs either straight through or split into 90min/2hr sessions. Also my measurements in my bio are inaccurate ane need to be updated. Those measurements were taken before I got consistent with the extender. I haven't measured in over a month if not 2 months

That's great. Can you wear the extender 4 hours straight without too much soreness?

Aside from visual gains happy to report sexual gains. Example: the lady i've been sleeping with for a few months is now having ridiculous amounts of fun riding me when we would barely do that position when we first started. She's creaming more now than ever before, squirting and all types of stuff. Mind you, my girth is mid af. But i def am visibly longer in the last couple weeks. Also, backshots are hitting different because I don't have to lean forward and apply as much pressure onto her lower back. I can kinda just ram into her without the extra stuff. Pretty cool.

Should be noted i've also been taking beet root powder, which helps with NO, and ashwagandha and omega 3 fish oils semi regularly, including hours before sex. I was taking these things or similar things before (like watermelon seed extract) but didn't get this result.

Going do use the QEP until i either a) run out of tension rods, which would signal a MASSIVE success or b) gains stall significantly over time, after which i will switch to pumping or hybrid extension and pumping routine, though I may just stick with the extender for 2 years and see where i end up

That's great. Can you wear the extender 4 hours straight without too much soreness?
I don't usually get 4 hour blocks to sit around. I usually can go 2 hrs. I don't really get sore per se. I get cold and have to readjust and get blood flowing again. I usually start to turtle some around an hour or so in. When I turtle too much, I take a break. At one point, I was getting a little bit of discomfort *after* increasing tension and going for longer sessions. That subsides after 2 days

Another day feeling like I got longer. This is the longest tension rod I’ve used so far and it feels like my penis can handle more of a stretch. I will go the rest of this week and then attempt to up a rod

I'm a new user and I've been using this QEP for 55 days. Could you give me some tips and check my profile to see if I'm using it correctly? How many centimeters did I gain in length? And how many hours in total did I use it to see the first gains?
