Morning (after waking up)
  • Belly breathing + light reverse kegel → 2 sets (10–15 breaths)
  • Hindi squat → 1 round (30–60 sec)
  • Happy baby → 1–2 minutes
👉 Tip:
Do the squat after 1 breathing set — it helps you drop the pelvic floor easier.

🕑 Midday
  • Hindi squat → 2 rounds
  • Belly breathing → 1 set
🌆 Evening
  • Belly breathing → 2 sets
  • Happy baby → 1–2 minutes

🌙 Before sleep
  • Belly breathing → 1–2 very relaxed sets

🔢 Total now

.Belly breathing → 5–6 sets
.Hindi squat → 3 rounds (1 morning + 2 midday)
.Happy baby → 2–3 times

It resembles other routines which have been proposed. Results always vary. The only way to know if it is good is if you notice reduction in tightness or other symptoms. Are you testing this? Let us know how it goes. Good luck

Broo im mentally prepared for everything just everything i haven’t had any physical Intimacy for almost a year but i think i will cure it one day

The biggest issue is anxiety and the effect it has on the neuro muscular system.

Yes you are totally right can u like make a easy thread solution to fix (hypertonic pelvic floor, pelvic tightness , clenched anus ) which so on later causes hard flaccid 0libido painful ejaculation ….

My hf pelvic tightness is caused my doing edging-masterbation for curing premature ejaculation but it cause me cpps and hf


My hf is cured since i stopped masterbation im having morening wood too after a very long time and having morning wood everyday my wet dreams have started to which was totally goneeee

Their is one problem im having and thats my pelvic floor anus which is tight sometimes flare and have no libido


Helpp me in this

There are of exercises you can do including many done for pre e . A physio who works on the pelvic floor is the ideal solution . While you are finding one the exercises you are doing should help .
