Working on smooth muscle with low erection?

Hi,

I'm suspect my smooth muscle is my limiting factor, as i recently had some gains in size.

But how am i supposed to improve smooth muscle if the tunica vs. smooth muscle gap is large?

Simply put, it's hard for me to get to an erect enough level to effectively focus on girth based exercises (mainly jelq).

You can focus more on girth exercises like Ulis and Squeezes. This should start reducing that gap between BPEL and BPFSL. Pumping may help.

Also, look into Teodeles's Arm and Shoot technique and Hans Twilight's quick jelq.
