Hey guys. So i just finished my second jeql as a part of JP90's. Im starting off at 75 Jelqs and about 75-100 V jelqs. Basically I feel a bit of soreness in my pelvic region from the kegels and i'm guessing this is normal. Basically, is soreness from kegels in the beginning normal? and how is the 75/100 jelq routine to start. I woke up this morning and noticed that I was hanging pretty low for a complete flaccid state after only 1 day...maybe my imagination
