My starting measurements before i ever started P.E. was 6 inches long, and 4.7 girth. Over the years I had jelqed on and off and managed to get my length up to 6.75 inches and never really got that much girth. I eventually discovered pumping. I got into it for a while and managed to increase my girth to 5 inches or at least 4.9 inches. I got bored, beause I didn't have enough time to pump frequently enough and the results were slow. so I stopped. Then I quit my job and started working from home and had a lot of time to do pumping again. So I got back into it and had kept studying the forums.
I'm proud to say that since i started a serious daily regimen of pumping 2-3 times a day, with random days where I'd just do it once for rest, and I've increased my girth from 5 inches to 5.25 inches (and that is 5.25 inches 8 hours after a pumping session). Right after the pumping session I can wear a cock ring and get a rock hard erection with 5.5 inches of girth... well atually today I noticed I grew a little above that... basically every time I pump my dick grows a little more, not that noticeable over one time, but each time accuulates until your like holy sh*t, my dick is getting thick!
When I first started I'd usually pump for 55 min. The first 5 min. Will go from 1.5 and ratchet up in .5 increments over 5 min. After 5 min. It goes back to 1 hg for one min. Then I switch to a program that goes from 4.5 hg to 5 hg back and forth for 5 min
Intervals that are punctuated by 1 minute rests at 1 hg. I do that until I reach The 25 minute mark. Then I switch the program so that ratchets up the pressure starting at 5 HG in going to 5.5 HG and back and forth between those two pressures for 5 min. Intervals with one min. Rests at 1 hg until I reach 55 min.
Before and after I warm up with a rice sock and 5 min. Of jelqing.
I had 5 in. In girth, and was using a 1 7/8 in. Diameter tube. I would usually start packing the tube around the 30 min. Mark and by the end it's not quite fully evenly packed but seems to be getting better every time. I'm was also pumping on 12 hour intervals.
I then decided to make some changes. Having studied where people were having the most success I found that they were doing 2-3 20 min. sessions a day. Since I had been going so long in the cylinder, I decided I would tone it down to either 1 of 2 workouts.
To warm up I always use a rice sock or my wood pellet stove heat to warm up my penis for roughly 3 min. Then I will proceed to stretch flaccid for 30 seconds per every direction. Then I will move on to 10 min. of jelqing. Then its time for the pump.
1) 3 ten minute sets, with 1 minute 'in tube' rests'
first 5 min. at 2-3 HG pulsing.
second 5 min. at 3-4 HG pulsing.
1 min. rest at 1.5 HG
next 3 min. at 3-4 HG
next 7 min. at 4-5 HG
1 min. rest at 1.5 HG
3 min. at 4-5 HG
7-min. at 5-6 HG
I like to do a different workout later in the day to stimulate it differently
-same warm up, with stretching and jelquing.
2) 2 fifteen min. pump sets
first set: first 5 min. at 2-3 HG, second 5 min. at 3-4 HG, 3rd 5 min. at 4-5 HG
5 min. jelq break
second set: first 2 min. at 3-4 HG, next 5 min. at 4-5 HG, next 8 min. at 5-6 HG
5 min. of jelqing.
warm with rice sock or other heat for 3 min., while wearing cockring to keep penis expanded for longer.
Sometimes my dick gets sore from the jelqing... it gets sore on the side where the hairs originate (i do shave them down with my electric razor), but no matter, the way I jelq is effective, but it makes my dick sore after a session or two. So every now and then I will warm up, stretch and pump minus the jelqing. its good to be constantly getting your expansion in, and keep getting it bigger.
I will notice that after my pumping session I will still get a rock hard erection, that is always growing a little bit bigger in girth. I've actually been growing quite fast with this regimen.
I'd also like to mention that I am stimulating my natural growth hormones significantly by doing P90X, and I'm consuming a superfoods/whole food protein shake on a daily basis called Shakeology (it has a lot of good stuff to enhance our results, I'm sure it must be having a postiive effect on mine) . Even with everything good that is in it, I add extra cayenne pepper to aid in blood flow, it mixes deliciously with the chocolate flavor.
I also have a very good diet, and I drink lots of water, its important to do that.
