help!!!!

So i'm a newbie, and i had my first workout yesterday. I warmed up for about 10 mins, did the stretching exercises, then i tried jelqing and i was using pretty light pressure, or so i thought and i did about 15 then i stopped to give Mr.Happy a rest, Then what happened next has me worried. Mr.Happy began to turtle and then i haven't really be able to sustain a erection ever since. Now there is no pain and my hang seems normal but i'm just kind of worried. So if anybody could give me some input on what it might be, or if they had a similar experience that would be greatly appreciated.

And my penis head is cold, so i think that means that there is a lack of blood flow to mr.happy

Your hang in normal yet your turtled? dont understand that.
Your grip is prbably to tight,check this thread How I found my perfect jelq,read this it may help you.
Your head is cold? do some heli swings to get blood flowing again, and apply heat in 20 min intervals

try this combo, its my basic routine for now

Stretches, Warm wrap for a few mins, Heli swings, warm wrap, stretch, warm wrap, and so on then jelq for 10-20 mins after the warm up and edging once in a while
