It turns out I had an erection for a long time while sleeping and I was sleeping face/chest in the pillow. So instead of my penis bending up it bent down. Its a day later and now I cant get an erection and there is some minor pain, but no serious bruising or anything. How can I repair this?

Yea actually there is some slight right between myy shaft and head that is not constant but it comes and goes nowand then. and there is some bruised like feeling inside me, probably where the ligament is located. I just hope I havent permanently damaged or ruptured the shaft. I heard the ligament can repair itself?

Alright Look, Just take it easy,
Get it a week or so to recover, it like a sore muscle just give it a week or so for it to get back to normal.

It is the creating repeat posts for the same issues that make me wonder. You have amazing bad luck. I can't wait to hear what happens next.

today i started feeling the pain in the pelvic bone area and the little area thats in between the head and the shaft. It was not severe pain but it was there. I would say mild pain to moderate pain. Is this something to worry about?

From a mechanics stand point I would think the area you should concern most about is near the base on the upper side. There are three things that can happen:
1. Elastic Deformation - it'll snap back and you'll be fine
2. Plastic Deformation - it isn't torn, but say hello to your new erection
3. Torn - You'll know it, and it'll probably need medical attention

Give it some rest and see if it number 1.
