It'd be cool to have a 6 inch fat pad. Bitches would think I had a one inch pecker, and then I'd slide the other 6 into them.

Mines between 1.25" and 1.5". I've lost over 30 pounds since starting PE in September and my fat pad has not changed at all. I hope to lose another 20 to 25 pounds and this will put me between 160 and 165, I hope by that time I will see some reduction in my fat pad.

Someone mentioned about water intake as having an effect on fat pad. Does anyone think this is true? I drink close to a gallon of water a day and wonder if this could have something to do with my fat pad not getting smaller.

Mine has gone from 1.2" at 106 kg to 1" at 101kg I fancy all the weight loss was fat . A recent test put me at 12% bodyfat so an inch seems from what info I can gather a lot at this bf%. There is the suggestion that pad will shed more as I go down from this point.
There is discussion here. https://www.pegym.com/forums/pe-theory-science-forum/52221-fatpad-5.html

I'm being VERY vulnerable here (honest). I'm way overweight. Couple of years back I was about 305lbs. and 5'9". During 2011/12 I made it to 245lbs. and with all the stress I've beeing under since summer 2012, I skyrocketed back to 283 as of today. My fat pad is about 2"....most of my weight gain is in my belly unfortunately. Even with all this excess "blubber", PE has given me a decent size cock!! I'm in the process now of Losing my weight again and getting trimmed way down. I've always had to be super active in the past to keep my weight under control. I'm so sick of fighting the weight problem.

Man congrats on all that weight loss! I hope you can get back down to the 245. I'm currently about 225 or 230, Hoping to drop 30 and see where that gets me. It definitely is hard to lose weight, and for some very hard to gain weight to my surprise. Also, thanks to everyone who replied, it's great to see so many people with fat pads under 1", at least it seems commonly possible if I shed a lot of fat.

Has anyone ever used a technique, like an exercise or just general health tips to specifically target the fat pad? The only thing I can think of to make it less is to lose fat, but is there any way to target that area and burn extra fat pad somehow?

Its not impossibly to target any specific part of the body when it comes to loosing weight(forget about those commercials that tell you so,you cant unless you have a surgery.).
The only thing too do is to train hard, and eat right.
If you build bigger muscles in that area it would look different.

My fatpad is 0.4-0.5 inches.

way to much lol

Yep... I've actually thought about some of the newer lipo technologies for reduction. Even at my best shape, can't seem to drop it below 1". One of those things: it doesn't matter - AND it does matter :p
