Mainly stretching routine.

Hello guys,

I start a routine I never really did before because I wasn't consistent enough.I plan to do stretching to see if it's really effective for me if it's done regularly.

The routine should be as follow:

-5 min stretching down.
-5 min stretching right and left.
-5 min V-stretch and A-stretch.

and that's it.

I could sometimes add some jelqs or hanging with 1 kg to maintain my dick stretched.

If you guys have some advices or ideas for my routine, it would be cool.

My current stats are :

BPEL: 18 cm or 7.08 inch
EG: 13.8 cm or 5.43 inch.

Hope to see some gains at the end of the month.

So, today was:

in the mid of the day:

-5 min straight down
and 6 min doing some v-stretch, A-stretch, stretch on the left and the right.

Tonight was:

-5 min straight down
-5 min on the left and right
-3 reps of v-stretch 30 sec each.
-and I did a stretch which maybe already exist but I never heard about it.
It's like a V-stretch but I stretch my dick upward and with the other hand which I place on the base I try to push my lig straight down.I don't know if it is clear but I think it should be good to work on the lig.

And I did about 40 dry jelqs with a good pressure.

That's it for today, but I need to have your advices to know if I should do this routine

Tonight:

I did a total of 19 min of stretching:

-5 min straight down.
-5 min left and right.
-2 min V-stretch.
and some different stretches during 7 min.

40 dry jelqs and 50 kegels.

I did some stretches in the afternoon too.

Hey guys, I wanted to know how much time you have to do stretching by session to see significant gains?

Wait a couple of months; if it happened in two weeks everybody would do it. Pe takes time.

Yeah, I know that, my question was not when I would see gains, but how much time by workout do I have to stretch to see good gains.

Tonight I did 22 min of stretching:

-5 min down
-5 min left and right
-2 min V-stretch
-2 min A-stretch
Some up stretches and to finish 4 min of BTC stretches.

And right now I put a 1 kg weight to stay stretch a little.

And I will do 50 dry jelqs after that.

Hope everybody had a good workout!

I just did 10 min of stretches down with less force and the stretch feel really better, I think I was pulling too hard before.

I will continue my routine and see.

Ok, so I just finished my stretches with 26 min.

-10 min down
-5 min down left and right ( 2min30 each)
-5 min front
-5 min left and right (2min30 each)
and 1 min up.

Like I said before, I pull less hard and it felt better during all the stretches.

22 min of stretching.

-5 min down
-5 min down left and right (2min30 each)
-5 min front
-5 min left and right (2min30 each)
-2 min up with some rotations.

Today:

11min 30 of stretches with some rotation.

It felt great, not too much force, not too much time, just a small routine to rest a little.

Saturday and sunday I did light stretching routine:

Saturday :

12 min stretching.

Sunday:

10 min stretching.

Yesterday I did some Uli's, and today I just finished 20 min of stretches.

-5min down
-5min down left and right (2min30 each)
-5min front
-5 min left and right(2min30 each)

I will do some rotary stretches later, and some uli's.

Okay, so today I decided to measure my bpfls each day, and try to break it day by day.

I measured my bpfls at 19 cm or 7.5 inches before stretching and I'll try to make it longer stretch by stretch.

My Bpel is 18,1 cm or 7.1 inches.

I will post my bpfls and my bpel everyday and hope I will see some gains.

After 7 min of stretches, my bpfls was at 19.4 cm or 7.6 inches.
