I start a routine I never really did before because I wasn't consistent enough.I plan to do stretching to see if it's really effective for me if it's done regularly.
The routine should be as follow:
-5 min stretching down.
-5 min stretching right and left.
-5 min V-stretch and A-stretch.
and that's it.
I could sometimes add some jelqs or hanging with 1 kg to maintain my dick stretched.
If you guys have some advices or ideas for my routine, it would be cool.
My current stats are :
BPEL: 18 cm or 7.08 inch
EG: 13.8 cm or 5.43 inch.
Hope to see some gains at the end of the month.
