About 8 months of stretching n jelqing have made me gain NBPEL from 13.2 cm to 15.5 cm.

Ive recently started hanging to speed up lenght gains and my routine is:
7 mins warmup in warm water jug
20 mins of hanging with 2.75 lbs straight down
10 mins slapping and rotating
20 mins of hanging with 2.75 lbs straight down
10 mins edjing.

Im hanging 3 times a week with 2 days rest in between.
1.Please comment on this routine.
2.Is warm down required absolutely necessary or can I just finish off with edjeing?
3. When do I need start incorporating other angles?

Thanks for the support.

An inch and 1/2 deeper than before
You dont need to warm down after, If you only hang 2 sets a day it may be a long time before different angles are needed. You wont need to change angles untill lig gains have stopped, for some guys this could be months or even a few years. Your Lot will tell you, read as much as possible on hanging.

What BigO said, also I would move to the Captains Wrench if I were you too, if you want to add more weight

Its probably better to do a light set on off days unless your body is telling you need to rest.
