+1 Penismaster Pro. A little pricey but its hard to beat the level of comfort. The only downside I have found with it is that it's a little harder to do long continuous sets because of the vacuum, but its a very minor issue
I have a SizeGenetics extender with Autoextender Vac mod. Couldn't stand the noose or strap, but the vacuum mod makes it nice and comfy, can wear for hours no problem. I gotta think any vac extender is the way to go for comfort - penimaster pro, vacextender, etc... I wrap the base with athletic wrap to cushion it where it meets my pubic bone and scrotum - this helps a lot for me. I tried the various gel base pads, but didn't find they worked well for me. I think some creativity, trial and error and persistence will get you to the best combination of comfort/effectiveness for you. Good luck!
VacExtender mod is quite comfortable, but you need to either limit time and/or tension to avoid bruising of glans.
Did you use it with the black bad they send with it? or did you use it as a mod for the sizegenetics?

I use Pro extender and it works great for me and it doesnt hurt

. Maybe you are strapping it to tightly.Correct wrapping and short sessions can really help but extenders are always a little uncomfortable. It isn't clear if hanging small weights for long periods of time is equivalent to hanging large weights for short periods (or extending at high tensions) but if this is the case, you'd experience far less discomfort by using the small weights/tensions. I don't know the answer, but someone here might do.
This bruising of the glans that you speak of, I think I may have that where I have sore areas of discoloration on the tip of my glans, (way above where the extender noose goes around the glans rim so it's not caused by the noose, but more likely the internal pressure in the head). I took 4 months off and the discoloration didn't go away but the soreness did. The discoloration did fade a bit though, so perhaps will fade over a year or two.
Now that I have started extending again, the soreness has returned as well as the discoloration going back to being more pronounced and dark red. However, I can't really afford to take two years off just in the hope that everything heals up so I'm just going to press on regardless with the sore glans. It's bearable if not ideal. I am trying to keep my extender in the 600g to 900g interval to keep the soreness under control.
