Hallo mates.
Had stared PE before 2-3 years.Did some gains with JP's starting routine...But then i stopped.
And here i am now, decided to restart it.So i went again with the same routine, and i had almost 2 months of Pe and i wanted to measure myself.
But it wasnt as i thought.Apparently i had no gains(at least length, dont know about girth). However,i did not lost my motivation,(i was reading all the pretty good success stories here and it did me some good) and i changed my routine.
Basicly ,after 2 months of JP's routine, i increased it into this
a)classic 10 min(s) warming up
b)stretching for 5-10 (in all directions,heli(s),etc etc)
c)3 Sets of 150 "relatively" slow jelqs
d)3 Sets of 90 "relatively" slow V-jelqs
e)3 Sets of flaccid bends.(40 sec each direction)
f)5 min warming down.
Problem is,it really gets me a lot time the whole workout.I think its too much..I will see how it goes in the 1st month.
