Hallo mates.
Had stared PE before 2-3 years.Did some gains with JP's starting routine...But then i stopped.

And here i am now,decided to restart it.So i went again with the same routine,and i had almost 2 months of Pe and i wanted to measure myself.
But it wasnt as i thought.Apparently i had no gains(at least length,dont know about girth).However,i did not lost my motivation,(i was reading all the pretty good success stories here and it did me some good) and i changed my routine.

Basicly ,after 2 months of JP's routine, i increased it into this

a)classic 10 min(s) warming up
b)stretching for 5-10 (in all directions,heli(s),etc etc)
c)3 Sets of 150 "relatively" slow jelqs
d)3 Sets of 90 "relatively" slow V-jelqs
e)3 Sets of flaccid bends.(40 sec each direction)
f)5 min warming down.

Problem is,it really gets me a lot time the whole workout.I think its too much..I will see how it goes in the 1st month.

I made a split between length exercises one day and girth the other.Today was lenght day so i did:

10 min warm up
15 min basic stretches
20 min flaccid bends(of 1 min duration each)
5 min warm down

Yesterday it was my girth day.
warm up
3 sets of 150 jelqs
2 sets of 90 V-jelqs
warm down.

And today is my rest day!

Today is length routine,didnt had much time tho.

warm up 10 min with towel
10 min basic stretching
15 min flaccid length(1 min per direction)
5 min warm down.

Ok.These are the last changes on my routine.
I currently pe-ing in mornings.Not in nights.Cause late in night hadnt the patience to do it good.
Also,i am adjusting a bit,my stretching routine.Doesnt still feel right.
