It definitely takes a level of trust. That's why I told my brothers and dad. They're family, and they're stuck with you no matter what.

I'm the same! Plus its like weight lifting..we all have access to a gym but less than 2 percent of males between 18-60 have a six pack! I can't motivate an obese person to lift, run, and diet! I will never convince a grown man to stretch his penis...

I nearly broke my rule (not to tell anyone, ever) whilst away on a conference, having had a few drinks & talking to a friend.

Then I thought the guy is in a relationship & shows no sign of low self esteem etc - so I didn't bother.

I think my two coworker/managers would benefit from something like PE, but then again, how do you bring that up in casual conversation? I'm not going there...LOL

Wow! I'm not that close to anybody outside of here to discuss things like that.

I may tell a few buddies at University when I move out next year. We'll be on the other side of the country, so I don't think I'd have to worry about someone like my parents finding out. And I'll only tell if we're really close.

Why do we all feel so uncomfortable about sharing what is really a beneficial experience with our male friends? I'm in the same boat, but I'm trying to figure out why it is so difficult to talk about PE with others. It'll never go mainstream until we can.

Very few people in my life know about my PE (e.g. my wife and 3 others--total). Generally I hold the information close. I would never share it with anyone I didn't trust absolutely to the core-- If I felt uncomfortable in the slightest about sharing it with someone, I would never tell them. In fact, I am not sure I will ever tell anyone else; at least for me its just too awkward. (I'm a very reserved person in real life--that's just who I am).

At least for me, I don't know that it would matter if PE was mainstream and everyone and their dog was doing it-- I'm just the kind of person who prefers to keep some things internal. I do understand what Remek wants to do (get the word out)--its going to be difficult because this is the type of thing I think most people are uncomfortable talking about.

Basically, we are talking about a subject that has some associated social taboos. It may eventually change, but don't expect anything overnight.

That's kind of a weird analogy because not every guy between 18-60 wants a six pack, six pack creates more work as you have to maintain it. I'm sure a lot of obese people would just want to look 'decent' with a medium level of maintenance

I think the more you get into PE the easier it is to be more open about it with someone you trust, be it a girlfriend or a buddy or brother.

I have talked about PE with my soon to be fiancé and she thinks it's great. I haven't given her any details regarding my routines because I know she'll worry about me hurting her favorite plaything. I mentioned this site but haven't logged on with her...not sure what she'd think about me checking out other dudes dicks, but I don't think she'll have a problem with it. It's inspiring to me...kind of like comparing cars with a buddy or something. I've given one close male friend this website URL but not sure if he's on here. We've openly discussed PE though and I know he's interested. I think I'll be more likely to talk about it once I have some substantial gains

In my opinion you should only tell others about it once you have gained at least an inch or two. People tend to be more receptive towards results.

I agree, people do tend to be more receptive to results!

Hi. I just joined and posted the following:
Hi all...Im new here. Im gay with a str8t female roommate and have been pumping and using my X4 for a couple of weeks in prvt but since it takes hours every day to get any effects I got tired of doing it in private. I got up the nerve to tell my roommate what I was doing and she didnt freak out! She was curoius about it in fact. So, I showed her. Now I walk around with either my pump cylinder between my legs or with the X4 on. But here is my question....I pleaded with her to keep it to herself but she told me last night she had mentioned it to her bf and one of her girlfriends. I was upset at first but not sure if I should just not be shy about it even those two ask me or even want to see. I am wondering if anybody else has had this come up???

Something similar happened to me. I just played it off like PE is no big deal and talked about it normally, even though it was kind of awkward at first. It ended up being fine.

Nope, I don't boast that I workout (lifting/cardio) with the people around me, so I feel no need for PE to be treated any different.

If the topic arrives, the topic arrives, I just won't bring either up.
