Hello , i have been doing kegels for the last month and a half ( i have PE experience of about an year ) i do 50 towel rises and after that 150 regular 3-4 second hold regular kegels. I do this every other day. I have also noticed that when i take a dump i do around 30 40 kegels to help move the stools out of my anus which is everyday. Also lately i noticed i have premature ejaculation problems , so my question is could it be that i`m overdoing on kegels and should i cut off my routine and also is it possible that my pelvic floor is unbalanced , because i dont do reverse kegels since i have hemorrhoids ?
