Whats up everyone,
I seem to have trouble gaining in the length depo. My girth I'm more or less happy with. My routine is as follows. I would appreciate any pointers or recommendations. I don't know if some of my methods are even real methods or variations of something I misread.
Warm up- 5 mins- with shower head
Stretches -3sets- I stretch, out, 3 o clock, 9 o clock, 12 o clock. I grasp it behind the glan and hold the stretch for 25 secs while also kegeling, I do this for each directional stretch. Then I stretch out my penis and with my finger bend it down in the middle and hold it for 10 secs, and then do the same by placing my finger under the shaft and bend it up. Then I do a helicopter shake to get blood flow and also with 2 fingers on oposite sides of the base of the shaft i give it a nice wiggle left right and up down 4 secs. then i repeat my 2 other sets.
Dry Jelq - 10X 3sets- With an OK grip starting at base, i grasp the shaft and move it up halfway. Then with the other hand i clasp the middle before letting go of my first OK grip, and then with the 2nd hand i jelp to the glan. I do this with about 75% erection, but by 10 jelqs I seem to have 90-100%. So i then Clasp my fully erect penis at the base and hold it for 5 secs. then let go and kegal and hold, and then grasp again the bottom of the shaft and hold for 5 secs. I go these holds for about 5 secs 5-6 times. then wait for the erection to subside to about 70-75% and then do 2 more sets.
Depending on how my penis feels i may do some wet jelqs with some lotion, but i don't usually always do them because, of lotion scarcity and messyness. ( I try to keep it as discrete as possible I have a room mate)
Edging 25mins with climax usually
