I haven’t been posting anything on here but I have been doing my PE. Today marks the end of my first 90 days. This is my fourth try but it’s my first time being successful. This time, instead of following the JP90 or someone else’s advice on what I should do, I created my own routine. I thought that the JP90 was a little too intense for a beginner, so I came up with something that would be better to ease into PE. It’s extremely basic but through it I’ve gained a whole inch in length!
I have pictures attached for the people that want proof (I know some of you won’t be happy with the pictures since there isn’t a ruler. Get over it. I can see and feel the difference and that’s what matters).
If anyone is interested, I can post my entire PE routine. The short version is that I tried to keep it simple for the first two months by only doing jelqs, kegals, and edging. My third month, I added in stretches.
I still can’t believe PE worked! It’s been a great first 90 days and I hope that the next 90 are even better!
